Travis Lee, Manuel Jauregui, the entire paint crew, and office personnel were professional, easily answered questions, effortlessly made corrections, ensured the paint crews safety, they were respectful of our home and of my personal schedule, and collaborated well with another contractor that was on-site at the same time. They did, and have always produced quality work. The cost was on par with other estimates, and I appreciated the option to finance half of the project cost. Highly recommend Fitzpatrick, and will use them again for future projects.

Our contact person was Phil, and he is truly a gem for this company! His thorough knowledge of flooring possibilities and workable solutions within our budget was outstanding!! Phil demonstrated time and again his excellent communication skills and he kept us well informed via email on a regular basis. A terrific person to work with! They are extremely knowledgeable, flexible during the job and their work is of outstanding quality. We had a difficult job that required a ton of prep work to prepare the space. There was a lot of water mitigation necessary and even a connected concrete bridge that needed repair. And the leveling and grading required precision. The concrete also tied into the asphalt, so the concrete had to be put in to tie in perfectly. Drew and his Briese Custom Concrete crew went the extra mile to ensure their work functioned and looked just right. They even put in some steps to a storage building and made the whole space function really well together. We've had good work done by other concrete contractors. But communication was often difficult; with no responses for weeks - and even months - or none at all. Briese Custom Concrete is in high demand, so you will probably have to plan your job out a bit. But they respond to communications quickly and are accurate in their schedules. For me, I just need to plan; I can wait if I know how long etc. Jessica kept us in the loop and we were able to schedule the other contractors to come in on both sides and not miss a beat on our project. I should note: We did this project while construction material costs were skyrocketing due to COVID/Ukraine invasion/etc. Briese Custom Concrete bid out the job and then saw their costs almost double by the time they could get the weather they needed this summer. But they STILL kept their bid and charged us what they originally quoted. Not all contractors did that for us. We'll definitely be using Briese Custom Concrete for future projects. We recommend the same for you. Thanks to Drew, Jessica and everyone at Briese Custom Concrete for a gorgeous parking pad, bridge and hot tub pad!

We told them twice the color we had chosen and placed it on the counter and he was suppose to change it on his computer, and apparently this wasn't done. When the installer took out the vinyl, I told him that was the wrong color. I called the store and they would not discount their mistake and we would have to wait several more weeks for the correct color (gray) that we had chosen. We went with the (tan) color they sent as we didn't want anymore delays and we had already moved the furniture out. Also, after Tony came out to inspect the job, he told the installer the wrong information on the direction on how the vinyl was to be laid down, but luckily I caught that before it was glued down.

They will re-schedule, text or call to say they will be later several times. We had problems with damage from roller marks on the original finishing and other contractors and instead of coming out to inspect the damage they said they could buff and re-seal the floors. Afterwards the floors developed white lines between the boards. The owner came out twice and attempted to fix four areas. The Second he said he would re-do the floors under warranty and set up a date to do so. Then he called and said he needed to push that date out. Instead of a new date being set he said he needed to come out and look at the floors again. When he came out to look at the floors he walked in and said the floors were "perfect" and would not re do them. When we brought up the area he attempted to fix in front of the kitchen sink, he said to put a rug over it! See the attached pictures. That doesn't work! Alan G.
