Norman, Sharon, Wen, and Ian are exceptional--not just in their craftsmanship, but as people. They are some of the kindest and most genuine individuals we've had the pleasure of working with. They care deeply about what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their work and their reliability and responsiveness. The way they treat their clients is truly next level. They are consistently on time, dependable, and deliver beautiful results. Norman has an incredible eye for selections, and I really enjoyed learning from him about cabinetry craftsmanship. Since this was our first home remodel, we leaned on his advice often--and many of his suggestions ended up shaping our home in the best way. Throughout the entire process, they went above and beyond. Anytime we had a vision, we could call Norman and the team, and they would find a way to bring it to life. Norman would come out, take measurements, and make it happen. When I wanted a custom bookcase, they absolutely delivered. That level of dedication and follow-through is rare. Wen also played a huge role throughout our remodel. From answering every question to supporting us through the final stages, he was incredibly kind, patient, and present the entire time. The customer service we experienced was outstanding, and the quality of the materials, custom cabinetry, and installation exceeded our expectations. You won't regret working with this team. It's rare to find people who care this much about their craft and their clients. We're incredibly grateful to them for showing us what true excellence looks like.

My wife and I tried 5 different countertop shops until we found these guys. We are glad that we…read morefound this gem of a shop and had a great experience. Ian and Sonny were on it! We have been putting off writing a review because we wanted to share pictures after completing our backsplash. Neither of us write reviews very often, but this job was such a huge success so we needed to give them props. We are just going to list off what we liked... 1. Our kitchen is larger than a standard kitchen where all the other shops quoted needing 2 slabs to get the job done. Budget was the only shop that recommended using a Jumbo slab for our kitchen which saved us $$. 2. All we had to do is text Ian a picture of our kitchen layout to get a quote. We had a quote that same day. 3. Phone conversations were great! We had some questions about the edges and the free kitchen sink size (30" vs 32") they were including and they were responsive. 4. Easy process to get the ball rolling. All we had to do to get job going was put down 50% of the cost to have measurements done the following week, then they were out installing the countertops 2 weeks after that. 5. They showed up to install when they said they would. We were told installers would show up between 8-9am and they arrived at 8:15am and were done with our install about 4 hours later. 6. Cleanliness was exceptional - they even put cloth down to protect our flooring. 7. Our experience was so great and have been telling our friends about them if they ever need new countertops. 8. We are going to copy and paste this review into Google as well to get the word out. You don't find many businesses that are this good very often these days, especially when it comes to construction projects:) Alex & Christina S.

Reynolds Custom Cabinetry - This wood is beautiful the pics don't do it justice. Tops are finished, not left open. Matching finish trim on top.

We were in the middle of remodeling our kitchen, and came upon an issue with our new cooktop range…read more The new one had a longer gas connector which did not allow our built-in oven to fit underneath any longer. I wanted a cabinet that would allow a couple of drawers to be pulled out for pots, pans and lids. I couldn't find any online or local kits that would fit. I talked to several different cabinet companies and unless I replaced the whole section they didn't do custom. Since I already had new countertops installed, I wasn't in a position to replace the entire cabinet. I finally found John Reynolds through Google Reviews, Reynolds Custom Cabinetry and he was able to get the job done. He was incredible! Please look at the pictures to see how snug fit the cabinet is. We still are in the process of getting them refinished so please don't judge it based on that. But he was professional, polite, punctual, informative, and I just can't recommend him highly enough. He even gave my husband and I a tour of his workshop and it's incredible what he can do. He will literally build from a sheet of wood, he cuts everything down, miters everything himself, only uses the best hardware, he builds things to last generations. So if you're looking for something cheap, then go to IKEA. But if you want something durable and with awesome craftsmanship go with John Reynolds company Reynolds Custom Cabinetry.

I made an appointment for a quote on a large bathroom vanity & a long laundry counter, with cabinets above and drawers below. Something odd happened. Something that did not happen much the last time we did renovations... He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, fair and honest. The quotes came just under my target price, so I engaged him for this project. And again, he was on time for the construction phase, had few sidetracks, during an extremely busy time for him personally, and was happy to turn my ideas into a reality. The cabinets are extremely well built, and look and work beautifully. The latest soft close hardware, and expert hands turned this gorgeous Alder wood into some superior looking, and home value elevating, works of cabinet artistry. From the start, to the end results, I am impressed by John Reynolds. So before he gets really busy again, I am now in the middle of having him redo our entire kitchen & walk in pantry... which is also on target for the cost budget, and moving at a quick pace. Everything, including countertops, will be finished and installed a week or so after New Years... and that's with 2 big holidays and a night of Partying the New Year in, in between. From past experience, that totally beats any expectations I had on Time. We'll hire John Reynolds, owner and woodworker at Reynolds Custom Cabinetry again next time we do this, and every time. 10 STARS **********

Justin worked with us to confirm the height of our bed and headboard, the dimensions for our nightstands, and the dimensions and specific design of our dresser. We're very happy with the result. Prices are fair for the quality of the work. We have been very happy with the craftsmanship. The custom nature of these orders means there is a wait time, but we were in no rush and were very happy with the products we got. I will highlight that we specifically asked about low VOC finishes and were assured that's what they use. When our bed arrived, it had no smell. Our dresser does have a very strong smell and it does transfer onto clothes still, even though we aired out of room for a day after it arrived, wiped it down, and it's been 4 weeks now. White glove delivery was also included and both times (it was two separate orders, months apart) the delivery people were professional and were careful about placing items where we wanted, and not damaging anything while entering our home / navigating stairs and tight corners.

I hired Makers Woodworks, based on a recommendation. Garrett & Justin worked closely with me on the chair design, wood selection, and other project details. They regularly updated me as the work progressed. The chair turned out beautifully. It not only looks great, but just as importantly, it feels great to sit in. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and their attention to detail is obvious. The project was completed on time, and for a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, and with my overall experience. I would hire Makers Woodworks again for other projects, and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, custom wood furniture from experienced craftsman who stand by their work.
