It creeks and bows wherever you walk across the seams and for some reason he installed it in many small sections. He said that he couldn't put bracing underneath the seams because of HVAC under the floor. Well, the HVAC was always there before and there was never a problem with the flooring bowing and creaking. We called him to complain and ask that he come back to fix this mess. It took several calls and several emails before he finally came to look at it over a month later. All he did was screw some more screws in at some of the places where the floor was creaking the most. He did not fix it. The entire floor will have to be pulled out and replaced. Over a grand in the toilet. We are retired and on a fixed income and could ill afford having to pay DOUBLE to have the same job done TWICE! I will definitely be looking for a contractor with "references" this time, and I'll be checking and DOUBLE checking those references! Lesson learned...

He deposited the check into his account the next day, assured me my windows had been ordered and that it would take about a month for them to come in. About a month later I checked on the status of my order and was told he had never ordered any windows. He had gotten an estimate only. I sent certified letters asking for my money back but he has not responded. He refused to refund my money or fix the shoddy work he did. He is a thief. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

I signed and accepted the bid. But when they showed up at the job site, they said they had read the drawings wrong and that the price will be $11,000. When I told them we have a signed and accepted bid, they said the contract was issued by the owner and he was sick at the time and didn't know what he was doing, and then they said they had already talked to their lawyer and there was nothing I could do. I had to either pay the new price or they will walk off the job and they did, leaving us without a roof right before the rainy season is about to start. I would not recommend using them at all. They get you hooked with a low bid and then try to extort more money.
