I hired them to replace some siding…read more No communication at all. I had no idea when they were going show up. They would say morning and 4 hours later show up. After the work finally was completed there were issues. Part was a lack of communication, part my fault for not being 100% clear, part theirs. But then found that they damaged my new gutters with the ladder and roof that was only 5 weeks old. Now having to fight to get all repaired. My Roof and Gutters are new so under warranty and can only be repaired by the installed companies to keep the warranty intact. Which is very fare and reasonable. DK Exteriors insist they can "Fix it". But this would be at there discretion and their way. Not covered by the warranty. This company is terrible, Low quality work, Poor communication left a mess that i had to clean up and still not one apology for anything. They don't accept responsibility for their work. IF this gets resolved soon, i'll update all reviews.

They communicated well from start to finish, everything happened on schedule, and there were no surprises, all of which were priorities for us in pursuing this work on a fixed budget. We will definitely seek TGR out for our future project needs when they arise. Many thanks for the great work!

He's an organized young man who seemed to be a good leader and knew all the steps required to complete the job in the best manner possible. They even trimmed some shrubs that were hanging over the roof, on their own initiative, I am glad to have found this company- I will call them again for other projects (plan to get a bid for a painting job later this year). I had an active roof leak and needed help quickly, and their team was responsive, professional, and reassuring from the start. Juan spent an hour with me evaluating all of my various options, advising me that replacing my entire roof was in my best interest due to the leakage and poor craftsmanship of the entire roof (I had already had my roof patched a few times before). He had more members of his team take a look as well and give their opinions. Other roofers offered to patch up the hole, but once the whole roof was torn off, it was discovered, like Juan guessed, that there was more damage underneath than previously thought. The wood was rotting and the trusses were warping due to all the excess weight from two layers of roofing and long term water damage. Juan and his team replaced plywood, added additional support to the trusses and made sure the entire job was done right. Also, they provided a fair and transparent estimate, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the entire job in just two days! They brought out 12 guys and had two layers of my roof torn off an then replace so fast! They got it all done right before the atmospheric river came through. The quality of their work and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. They even came out a few days later to do another inspection to make sure nothing was missed and they spray painted all pipes and hardware to make sure it matched my new black roof color. I'm very grateful for their prompt service and would highly recommend Country Roads Roofing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality roofing work. We've lived in our home for 9 years and this roof has been a nightmare the entire time, but not any longer! We are so thankful and I know it sounds cheesy, but I actually feel like I made a friend. Jeremy the gentleman that gave us the estimate was responding promptly at first but now is mia. The crew that sided our house stepped up and used our AC unit as a ladder and dented it. They want too much of the money up front which seems to make them lose interest. 90% before the job is done. This star value could change if things look up. The salesman that does the estimates are very professional and make you feel like the company knows what they're doing. But not an actual representation of the workers and billing department. Ted fixed it promptly, for a very reasonable price, and without trying to upsell. Several other companies were strongly pitching massive scopes of work (for example, full replacement of siding on one side of the house). The job was made more complicated by the solar panels installed on the patio roof, and Ted and his team were able to efficiently and safely work around them (protect the panels with foam and avoid having to remove the panels and re-install, resulting in significant savings for me). This was a very positive experience, I found Ted to be highly professional and a great communicator.
