He came out, assessed the situation, provided good advice and options on how to proceed. His assessment was that prior moisture issues in our crawlspace had lead to a very squeaky sub-floor which required removal of the existing laminate flooring and re-securing the sub-floor with screws. We discussed the pluses and minus of new flooring options and decided to go with a solid hardwood hickory floor. We chose to remove all the baseboards and existing flooring ourselves which saved some money. The installation crew (Frank, Frank Jr., and Martin) spent a week re-securing the subfloor, and installing the new hardwood floor and reinstalling the baseboards. From end to end the whole process was very professionally handled. Communication with Ryan and the office staff was clear, helpful, and informative, and I can't say enough about the install crew. They were there early every day until the job was done and they were meticulous in their craftsmanship. All-in-all a job very well done. We're very happy with the result and NO MORE SQUEAKING FLOORS!

We wish we had -- before we moved in -- because it really needed replacement. We knew when the materials would arrive, when the installation would take place, and communication throughout was good. And I want to add a big 10-Star review for the gentlemen who installed our new carpet. Rich and Richard were on time. They were professional and attentive to all those pesky details. They were clean in their habits, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to have doing the work. They not only installed our new carpet BEAUTIFULLY, they made sure to clean up after themselves.
