We thought it would take a couple of days to finish. His crew got it all done in one day! His 3 man crew was polite and courteous! They asked me to find things for them to fix, as needed. Anything I asked for them to touch up or alter, a bit, they did happily, and without hesitation! Since the bid was determined on how many hours it would take to get the job done, and the job was done in less time, Paul discounted the job! I loved his attitude about customer service and his emphasis on doing a quality job. Our nearly 30 year old garage floor had cracks and some unevenness that should challenge any painter, but I came away convinced Smith & Co was our choice. Monday, bright and early, Parker and his crew of two employees arrived. The two employees had a combined 21 years working for Smith and it showed! They worked hard from the time they arrived until they departed about 6 hours later. They ground out and grouted the cracks, then diamond ground the entire floor surface so that it was nearly perfect and would accept the paint even better than an acid etch. They did a fantastic job as the picture shows. Steve, the estimator, told us that the crew would paint under the stairs and around the furnace. The paint job in those areas is as if the stairs and furnace were not there when the floor was painted. Such attention to detail is nearly unheard of today. They exceeded our expectations beyond measure. Hire Parker and his people. They are all complete professionals and worth it. You will not be disappointed!

On 6/1/23 we hired Wade One Painting to repaint our large backyard wood deck and attached wood…read morebench. The job required power washing, sanding and two coats of deck paint. Mr. Charles Wade, together with his assistant, arrived every work day on time, immediately set up, and began the job, including taking care to protect landscaping and assure no paint spatter where the deck abuts the house. After job completion, they returned one week later to check results and correct a few "bubbles." (The deck is at least 15 years old, and a few bubbles were expected.) The company provides a one-year warranty and offers a veteran's discount. It is licensed, bonded and insured, and our job was performed in complete compliance with the reasonable bid. We are very pleased with the result of the work and the professional work ethics of the owner and assistant. We highly recommend Wade One Painting for any painting job one might require.
