I requested new quartz countertops. We discussed what I was looking for and aligned on a price. Quote was literally thousands less than competitors. Once they put it in, it looked great but there were a few small, weird marks from when they installed it, and I had to do the sink, gas and faucet hookup myself - which I knew in advance. I did need to ask them to redo the caulking since it was yellow/almond and the countertops and backsplash were white. The sub who came was actively uncool but the folks at the office were perfectly fine to deal with. Overall I'd rate their service 7/10, their quality 8/10, and their value 8/10. Overall happy with their work and would recommend read more

I worked with Deanna from start to finish and she was nothing short of amazing. She was thorough, thoughtful, highly organized and very detail oriented. We worked with her on countertops and cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms in our 1967 ranch remodel. The craftsmanship was impeccable and the installer did a top notch job, fabrication of the quartz and granite was simply beautiful. I look forward to working with the whole team again and cannot recommend them enough. On top of all that their pricing and timeline were very reasonable. read more

I worked with Quality for the 3rd time, this time with Deanna. She was very organized and coordinated well. I had both cabinets and counters installed and the installers did a excellent job. They took their time to ensure it was square and level. read more

Will take every chance to gouge you. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I did and paid half what these guys wanted.

I was referred to this place by a contractor who said their prices are low and quality is high if you don't mind gruffness. I think this pretty much sums this place up. We asked for the cheapest granite and most of the staff walked away. We wandered around looking. Finally a young nice saleswoman helped us. We brought in measurements of our kitchen counters, and she showed us the lowest price granite. It was perfect! She gave us a sample to bring home and it was still perfect. She called us a few days later with an estimate of $9,000 installed. Since this was the first place we checked, we had no idea if this was a good price. Maybe it is. read more

We recently went through their design process and ordered our cabinets. Our initial estimate was $2,000 less than our final cost as they keep the extras out of the initial estimate such as door handles, installation and countertop underlayment. This is one of the ways they are deceptive. The other is the alternative supplier they had to use to fulfill our order. They used a company whose product they only have a sample door of. When our cabinets arrived on site they had a Quality Control issue. Upon having the installer try and convince my wife nothing was wrong we rejected the order. Linda told my wife we would be able to get a resolution and get our cabinets installed. Upon going to the store the next day to try to remedy the situation we were presented two options. One was take a $500 discount and the other was a full refund. We told them we would discuss it. We went back to the counter and after a gentleman named Justin said we all need to keep our emotions in check as my wife was in tears they had a meeting for about 30 minutes, they came back downstairs and we were given a check and told to go and start over. What a resolution! The moral of the story is when something sounds too good to be true it is. Buyer beware!!! read more

Got a good quote, work was quick an good. Would recommend for any bath or kitchen remodel.

I have worked with Quality Granite & Cabinets for multiple counter top projects over the last year. The whole process has been smooth and just as communicated. The prices were fair and Misty did an excellent job of reminded me what needed to be done before the installers got there. The pre work (underlayment & drilling counter holes) were done in minutes and the final work was proudly posted all over social media. Well done!! read more

You know that one thing in your house really annoys you; either it's the color of the wall, or the material of the floor. For me, I really REALLY dislike my kitchen countertops! They were in this dark sage green with mix of brown and grey; they even came with matching tiles! I tried really hard to like/live with its 90's vibe, but I . just . couldn't!! After doing some research and getting some price quotes, I decided to go with Quality Granite & cabinets. Their price was very competitive, and I rather support local business than the big box stores. I dropped by with a simple computer drawings with some measurements of my countertops and stove, that was proven to be helpful. We quickly went thru the maths and procedures while getting all my question answered. Diana and Deeana were both very knowledgeable and were no-nonsenses, which made me feel very good about the choice! However, choosing the material was proven to be more difficult than I participated! From the very beginning, i knew I want white quartz. So it should be easy, right? Nope! They have many white countertops choices with little price difference, and I was torn! In the next few days, I returned multiple times to grab more samples and they didn't mind! Finally I decided on V120 Avenza, thanks to one online blogger's suggestion/photos. The Avenza has the perfect hue and grain, which looked elegant without being too dark/busy. Since they don't unhook appliances and install the backsplash, you do have to get your handyman to do the work before/afterward. If you need one, they will make recommendations. On the scheduled day, the workers showed up on time and finished in 5 hours. They kept my house clean and even cleaned/washed my driveway before they took off! The new countertops really transformed my kitchen, it looks so much lighter and cozy now. I was going to paint the cabinets, but now I don't think that's necessary! Overall, I'd recommend getting a price quote and/or checking out their show room at Quality Granite & Cabinet! read more

Rating: 10/5 (if I could) I have never encountered a better customer service than Quality Granite & Cabinets. Deanna and Linda were amazing and super responsive from the start to the end of my project. While their customer service is out of this world, their granite is even better. The all around quality doesn't get better than this (just look at the pictures). Don't waste your time at other stores because you will 100% get your money's worth with Deanna and Linda. I was impressed with Isaac and the management group at Quality Granite from our very first hello. They helped us with the design, construction, and installation phases of our cabinet/granite concept project efficiently, professionally, economically and on time. This is a superior product with customer service that is unmatched. Very friendly and flexible people here, who know their business and value their customers. They bent over backwards to accommodate us, listened to us, and offered valuable input to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy customers who are so grateful to have found a source for our needs that we can feel confident in referring and in helping us with future opportunities.. read more

Such a friendly staff. They helped me with my needs quickly and at a very fair price. Would absolutely recommend and go again.

Where to begin honestly. After a lot of shopping around we decided to go with Quality Granite & Cabinets, and we sure are glad we did! We had such a great experience with the team at Quality Granite & Cabinets: communication, quality, price. All around awesome! Shoutout to Linda who really helped guide use through the process of a remodel. Remolding can be exhausting and frustrating but we found the process ran quite smoothly with Linda running point. The quality of the cabinets are very strong and durable but not at an outrageous price. The showroom had a lot of options as well so it was nice to compare on the spot: colors, design, material, hardware - you can really go crazy. Be mindful of the pandemic delays. Some goods will be a few weeks/months out, i.e., windows, cabinets, stone so plan accordingly is the best advice I can give to individuals looking to remodel. It is must better to have a window sitting in the garage vs. not having a window at all. Trust me....just trust me... read more

I had a fantastic experience working with QGC. I worked with Misty as my sales representative and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me consider the design. The owners, Linda and Deanna, were always available to answer additional questions and to provide their perspective on what materials would work best. I was never pushed to spend more money or choose more expensive materials - it was very clear they wanted what was best for me, my space, and my budget. QGC was the most affordable option I came across, but you'd never know it based on what they delivered. In fact, both my electrician and tilers all commented that I must have spent a ton on my cabinets and counters and assumed they were custom based on the quality. I don't blame them for thinking that - they are gorgeous. The install was seamless, easy, and took only one day for cabinets and one day for counters. There were literally no issues at all. None. Two days total for cabinet, counter, and sink install is pretty insane, especially considering how affordable everything was. Overall, I couldn't be happier we went with QGC. We LOVE our new kitchen and from demo to completion it was literally 7 days. Insane. We spent less than we expected and received top tier service. I cannot recommend them more! read more

I worked with Misty from Quality Granite and Cabinets and was pleased w/ the process, product and outcomes. Granite Countertops...  I very rarely give reviews or comment on services and such, but I felt that with the work that was done on my kitchen and bathroom countertops I wanted to say how much we appreciated the work that was done by Quality Granite and Cabinets...especially by Raymond, who did a very exceptional job on all of our countertops. Deanna put the project together and Linda kept us up to date and kept the work on schedule, Deanna was awesome on the details of the kitchen and everything came together and completed on time, as a matter of fact Raymond had forgot a very small detail on our Island countertop but came to our house on his day off and took care of the detail, something you don't see very much of these days!!!We would like t thank everyone that worked on our countertops, Deanna, Linda, Raymond and the other 3 guys who were the "muscle" on a job very well done!!!Thanks to All Jim Joyce read more

Poor support and customer service of there products. Bought $1700 worth of RTA cabinets. No instructions with the product. asked them for the name of the manufacturer and they wouldn't provide it. I asked for assembly instructions they told me there wasn't any. They told me they are not IKIA Cabinets and that they are commercial and don't come with instructions. They were not concerned with how I would assemble them and told me to hire a cabinet maker. Once the get your money they couldn't care less about you. Typical of this type of outfit. read more

We just moved into a condo and needed to have our old kitchen counters replaced. I found Quality Granite & Cabinets by searching the internet. The online reviews for them were very good so we decided to check them out. After meeting Deanna we decided to have them replace our counter tops. It was a good choice. They did a beautiful job and it was 75% of the cost of another bid we had received. Deanna was responsive and easy to work with. Jerry A read more

I was visiting in the area with an aunt who was in need of finding a great place to remodel her kitchen and needed me to get this going. Deanna and Linda were essential in being able to complete this in a short amount of time. It's crazy how fast their turn around was. They communicated with me and made sure that I knew exactly how everything worked. They worked their butts off and you can tell they really care about doing their jobs well. To be that fast is nothing like was my experience was back in California when my dad remodeled his kitchen. His took weeks to get done. So when the install took only a day to complete I was surprised and so appreciative. They truly try to get the job finished in as little time as they possibly can. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The cabinets were affordable and just what we were looking for. read more

Had such an amazing experience with Quality Granite & Cabinets. The service in store was friendly and super helpful. I appreciated that they were taking face masks very seriously in their showroom. Installation was easy and the final product looks great. Important to note -they aren't plumbers- and they are up front about that from the get go so just note that you'll have to hook up your own sinks or hire a contractor. But couldn't be happier with our new sinks, back splash and countertop! White tile before, quartz counter and black faucets after! read more

We are so happy with our kitchen. It's beautiful and being new to this kind of remodel, Carlin and Deanna couldn't have been more helpful. The customer service was excellent, they were patient with our phone calls and helped us complete a rendering of our kitchen. After doing lots of research on quartz all over town, this place ended up being the best value with precut slabs that were cut and measured on site. It can get overwhelming visiting different sites and only getting to see samples of product. This showroom is easy to navigate with floor to ceiling slabs for viewing. There are dozens of options to pick from so as long a you go in with a vision, you can get in and out quickly. Tony did the install with his partner and they were really easy to work with. After driving past this place while on another errand and seeing a parking lot full of stone slabs, I decided to go in for an initial consultation. It took a while to find a slab that was the right size and color that I wanted but Misty never stopped working on a bid and drawings until we found something that would meets my design needs. I couldn't afford the new cabinets so we had to revise the estimate for countertops only which was not a problem for her. Raymond came during an ice and snow event after clearing out the business parking lot to fabricate my new countertops. He listened to some changes I wanted to make and did them. The process was great, customer service was excellent, and I am very happy with the finished product. Quality Granite & Cabinets did an outstanding job this fall replacing our 40-year-old formica countertops with a gorgeous granite named Café Paradiso. We bought our new sinks and plumbing fixtures from Quality as well, and are very pleased with the results in our kitchen and 2 baths. Their service was courteous, professional and expert, from materials selection in the showroom all the way through installation. Special thanks to Kat, in the showroom, to Linda, who came to our home to help finalize complex measurements, and to Raymond and Tony, who showed amazing stoneworking skill during installation. We also got a great deal on new vinyl plank flooring from Quality, and are very pleased with the ease of installation and natural look of the simulated wood grain. A general contractor friend of ours said he paid a dollar more per square foot for similar flooring from Home Depot, and ours looks much better. Quality Granite & Cabinets should be at the top of your list of companies to consider when you're ready for new counters, fixtures or flooring. read more

Please be warned, and do not use this company! The fabrication of the counters was horrible. If you expect straight lines, uniform finishes, or anything resembling any quartz you have seen anywhere else, you will not get it here. What you will get is flared edges, irregular corners, random over polishing, irregular everything. Fabricators missed the cut on one corner, so they just polished away the cut, creating a polished void. All of the corners are bubbly, flared, over rounder, irregular, not square. When I pointed out the issues, they referenced a line in their contracts that said I looked at the showroom counters, and that the ones they installed were of similar quality. They weren't. They will gaslight you and say that you are just being picky, meanwhile any person that sees the counters in person can instantly identify how horrible the fabrication was. What is even better is that the sales staff, owners, or anyone besides the fabricator that did the job, refused to make the 3 minute drive to the jobsite to look at the quality of their work. If you are expecting a professional finish, or a company that stands behind the quality of their work, you will not get it from here. The company, after much protest, did sent the fabricator back out to fix some of the worst of the worst, but everything is still wavy and irregular, and doesn't resemble any other solid surface counters I have ever seen. read more

They are insanely knowledgeable. I needed to change out my really old and ugly cabinets and cheap Formica that was peeling off and looked online for for a contractor but found these guys. I went in and since I wasn't changing anything structural and keeping the same layout, quality granite cabinets were able to do everything themselves. After my first visit, they said to just bring in general measurements. My second visit, Deanna typed up a quote in thirty minutes. It was less than half my budget so I signed off and payed my deposit the same day. Two weeks later, their installers demoed my kitchen and finished the my cabinet and quartz installation in two days.. TWO DAYS! I'm still dumbfounded. So much easier and way more fun than I thought. I will end my review here so I can get my parents to change out their kitchen. read more
