The customer service in the store was okay. However, after our decision was made on the vinyl…read morecolor, we DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT COLOR that we had chosen as our final choice out of two colors. We told them twice the color we had chosen and placed it on the counter and he was suppose to change it on his computer, and apparently this wasn't done. When the installer took out the vinyl, I told him that was the wrong color. I called the store and they would not discount their mistake and we would have to wait several more weeks for the correct color (gray) that we had chosen. We went with the (tan) color they sent as we didn't want anymore delays and we had already moved the furniture out. Also, after Tony came out to inspect the job, he told the installer the wrong information on the direction on how the vinyl was to be laid down, but luckily I caught that before it was glued down.

They brought it up to the 2024 era. With gutting out the second bedroom, and turning it into a brand new wheelchair accessible addition. Since I use a wheelchair. Everyone from our lead project manager Lukas. To our design team. They were great in listening to our ideas, and following through with them. Even when I had the idea to install a lower clothes bar for my clothes in our closet. As I am getting to the point where I will be needing a wheelchair full time. Lukas made us a second clothes bar, and shelf in the closet. To do just that. He also made us a better access crawl space door. For under our house. Because the one we had. Was cheaply made. And when our refrigerator went out during the remodel. No fault to Henderer. The refrigerator had been there since our house was first remodeled in 2006. Lukas went, and got their shop fridge. So that all of our perishables could stay cold. While we had to wait for the refrigerator to get fixed. Then after the remodel was over. Lukas came back a couple months later with the electrician. Because our vanity light in the bathroom had a bad wire in it. He, and the electrician were able to fix it.

I would not recommend Corvallis Floor Coverings ... especially if you don't live in Corvallis…read more Getting them out for an estimate or any problem is difficult to say the least. They will re-schedule, text or call to say they will be later several times. We had problems with damage from roller marks on the original finishing and other contractors and instead of coming out to inspect the damage they said they could buff and re-seal the floors. Afterwards the floors developed white lines between the boards. The owner came out twice and attempted to fix four areas. The Second he said he would re-do the floors under warranty and set up a date to do so. Then he called and said he needed to push that date out. Instead of a new date being set he said he needed to come out and look at the floors again. When he came out to look at the floors he walked in and said the floors were "perfect" and would not re do them. When we brought up the area he attempted to fix in front of the kitchen sink, he said to put a rug over it! See the attached pictures. That doesn't work! Alan G.
