There has been NO CARPET CLEANING service provided. On or about 12/2/25 I spoke with Tabatha at WaterBear, explaining that I had some wine stains on a small area of carpet. I asked if that was something her company could help with. She said she would send someone to take a look. A gentleman, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my home and looked at the stains. He said he thought the carpet should be steam cleaned, but his big truck was out for repair and he would have Tabatha call and set up an appointment with me to get the work done. Tabatha never called. A couple days later I called the company back and asked if there was a problem, explaining my situation. The receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone get back to me. No one has called me or been in touch. And today I get this invoice. I am pretty grossed out at the level of customer service, or lack thereof. Just to be clear, this invoice will not be paid. There was no service provided, no phone call to set something up, and no follow up by your company. I will find someone else to do the work.

Hardline installed two fireplaces for us, both of which involved demolishing the old 1970s rock wall fireplaces. One required building a four-sided, free standing cage from floor to ceiling, and one required a flush wall cage, again from floor to ceiling. They gave us the exact square footage we needed to order the tile [Bedrosians Tile and Stone] and the Schluter [our new favorite word] trim. They installed the tiles we picked out, built and laid new hearths, assembled the inserts that we bought, and installed the gas lines. They directed us to Lisac's for the inserts and Lisac's was also great to deal with. They also gave us a tutorial of the remote control after the jobs were finished [it's not just off and on anymore!]. Every single person that sees our living room fireplace gives us a "WOW"! I'm just sorry that we don't have anymore fireplaces that need to be done, but since they also offer a yearly maintenance contract for a very reasonable price, I signed up for two years as I am afraid of anything fire-related so we'll still get to see them once a year.

They constantly played their music ear-splitting loud which ruined our camping trip as we were there to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, etc. We had to sit in our trailer on a couple of hot days with all of the windows closed but we could still hear their thumping music. I am not against playing music but what I don't understand is why people think everyone else in the campground wants to hear their music by playing it so loud, even though they are sitting right next to the machine playing the music. I just felt this was so rude and inconsiderate of them that I would never hire them to work on my house because they could be just as rude and inconsiderate to me. The good points: - they are friendly…read more- when calling or texting, they responded promptly - the completed job looks fine - price was comparable to others The bad points: - the installer found it acceptable to mark stud location on my 110 y/o paneling trim with pencil that left roughly 3" long scratches after the graphite was erased - the mudder didn't find it necessary to completely cover above paneling and so paneling was splashed on with water and mud while he mixed it. - the paneling was wiped down with water apparently which smeared the mud and left a haze over large portions of it. - my 100 y/o door that was recently refinished has mud smears on handle and door - two times I was told they would be there at 7 am. One of those days they didn't show at all, the other time was 730.
