Another company (MP Plumbing) came twice and said they would have to do a major (costly) repair and that access was an issue. Bill came quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and found the access easily. He told us what to buy and gave us input on our choices. He came back quickly and installed them efficiently. He had to get some more parts but then came back early the next day. We are so excited to have this working again, and so impressed with the efficiency, care, and helpful hints that he provided. They quoted this at 14500, and we were looking at both options until we discovered the system was only 6 years old, decided to buck up for the 2500.00 They never got back to me, so researched other companies. Four Seasons came out... found the filter ( was up in the attic space) was blocking the system due to never being changed. We had the other company out in 2022 and no mention of it needing changing , nor this time did they say it was needed Long story short ... four seasons charged me 189.00 including the filter... everything is working beautifully. When I followed up, staff were completely unapologetic. They refused to reschedule me until more than a month after the original appointment--conveniently after all promotional offers on the Generac units had expired. This level of disregard for a customer's time and the appearance of deliberately waiting out promotions before offering service is unacceptable. Four Seasons demonstrated zero professionalism and zero respect for its customers. I will not do business with them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

He said ge would not service it because it will only make it a couple of weeks. They charged me $89 anyways. I called and got a refund since they refused to service it. Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? we purchased a Daikin system to replace our 20 year old Coleman system. the salesman showed me a…read moremodel in the middle of the brochure. promised I would be saving about 40% on my electric bill. on the contract beware because they state but they don't guarantee any savings. our system was improperly installed and it took 3 years before that was diagnosed and fixed countless phone calls to have them out. are kilowatt hours have went up as high as 69% more than my broken system. it was the worst decision of my life to replace my broken Coleman system. to be fair advantage did offer me a refund, I wanted a system that was properly installed and working right from the beginning but they would not honor that.
