We hired Jonathon and Unbreakable Remodeling for the second time. Last year they skim coated our kitchen walls and ceiling, doing an excellent job. Our second project with them just finished and they again did an excellent job. After we removed wallpaper in our house's entryway, stairway and upstairs hallway, the old plaster walls were terrible to look at. Jonathon's crew again did an excellent job skim coating the walls to a smooth finish, which makes entering our house much more attractive. They were prompt in scheduling the job, and arrived everyday on time and cleaned up well when the job was done. We had to have a piece of drywall cut out of our kitchen ceiling due to a leaking shower drain. We also had some damage to a ceiling in one of our upstairs bedrooms that happend due to condensation one winter. Jonathan did a great job fixing both damages. I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire crew at Unbreakable Remodeling! We were wanting to renovate our bathroom, and they were one of about 5 contractors I spoke with to get quotes. When they came out to take a look at the project, they asked several thoughtful questions that no other contractors brought up. Jonathan sent me a (very reasonable) quote quickly and was so great about breaking it down, answering my questions, and making sure I was clear about what would be my responsibility to pay for so there would be no surprises. And that thoughtfulness continued all throughout the project! Everyone on the crew really was so kind, considerate, and honestly a pleasure to have around. They all showed up on time -- or messaged right away to let me know if they were in traffic or needed to stop for supplies on the way. They made sure to protect our floors, and they swept up and put plastic sheeting over the bathroom doorway after each day to keep things safe for (and from) our pets. They were flexible when I added in last-minute requests, and there were many points where they went the extra mile to make things even nicer than I'd expected. Their work was well done (even my dad, who has very high standards for these things, was impressed as I sent pics of their work all throughout the project), and they made sure to fix all the issues they uncovered (like water damage and uneven flooring). The results are BEYOND GORGEOUS. My only complaint is that now the rest of our house looks downright shabby in comparison to this bathroom, haha!
