Bill came quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and found the access easily. He told us what to buy and gave us input on our choices. He came back quickly and installed them efficiently. He had to get some more parts but then came back early the next day. We are so excited to have this working again, and so impressed with the efficiency, care, and helpful hints that he provided. Four Seasons came out... found the filter ( was up in the attic space) was blocking the system due to never being changed. When I followed up, staff were completely unapologetic. They refused to reschedule me until more than a month after the original appointment--conveniently after all promotional offers on the Generac units had expired. This level of disregard for a customer's time and the appearance of deliberately waiting out promotions before offering service is unacceptable. Four Seasons demonstrated zero professionalism and zero respect for its customers. I will not do business with them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? Our A/C quit working in the middle of a 100+ degree heatwave. I contacted several companies, but most could not make a service trip to me for several days. I was pleasantly surprised that Whirlwind could make it out the next day. Turns out they are great at what they do. Ivan spoke with me on the phone to discuss what was wrong and what might be the cause that night. The next morning, he was here by 9:30am to trouble shoot. Within an hour the A/C was up and running and Ivan had put everything back as it was. Costs were very reasonable and, more importantly, they were exactly as stated before arrival. I liked most that Whirlwind was great at communicating with me, the customer. Both over the phone and in person. They were clear about the types of problems I could be facing with a 17+ year old system and what the worse case might be (full replacement since my A/C uses a now banned refrigerant). we purchased a Daikin system to replace our 20 year old Coleman system. the salesman showed me a…read moremodel in the middle of the brochure. promised I would be saving about 40% on my electric bill. on the contract beware because they state but they don't guarantee any savings. our system was improperly installed and it took 3 years before that was diagnosed and fixed countless phone calls to have them out. are kilowatt hours have went up as high as 69% more than my broken system. it was the worst decision of my life to replace my broken Coleman system. to be fair advantage did offer me a refund, I wanted a system that was properly installed and working right from the beginning but they would not honor that.
