They refused to reschedule me until more than a month after the original appointment--conveniently after all promotional offers on the Generac units had expired. This level of disregard for a customer's time and the appearance of deliberately waiting out promotions before offering service is unacceptable. Four Seasons demonstrated zero professionalism and zero respect for its customers. I will not do business with them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

During the installation, they drilled through a structural beam in a way that created an inspection problem and ultimately cost me **several thousand dollars in additional structural engineering work** to get the project approved. Now we're in the **very first summer this cooling system has actually been used**, and it has already broken. I contacted them expecting them to stand behind their work, and they are refusing to fix it. So, to recap: their installation created a costly structural problem during construction, and now the brand-new cooling system they installed has failed during its first season of use -- and they won't take responsibility for repairing it. I genuinely don't leave bad reviews often, but this has been an extraordinarily frustrating and expensive experience. I would absolutely not use this company again.

" aaaaand he interrupted and went on a rant telling me that yes I was overly-skeptical (he might be right) and how long he's been doing this and how he knows what's going on with my unit because of his experienced, he raved about how great their reviews are on their website, how they help people when nobody else does, how they help little old ladies and poor people who can't afford service, how they stay open when other companies are closed and don't wanna help." -- In so many words, "they're the good guys!" I offered to share with him why his lead-in had sent up red flags and he continued to tell me why they were the good guys and I was irrational. When he finally finished letting me know that my perception was invalid... I shared with him that consumers are on-guard with repair people because we don't have ongoing relationships and we've all heard of or experienced horror stories ... he dismissed my concerns and told me I was an exception (less than1% of calls ) everyone else just trusts them. This didn't increase my level of trust and I said we'll just go our separate ways. I was definitely the calm one on the phone, though he never got rude (other than talking over me and repeating loudly how great their company was and how unbelievable it was for me to have any doubt at all because read my reviews)... he let me know several times that their company stays busy with all of their other customers! I then read a few more reviews and found others had similar negative experiences on the phone and several had the type of service visit I felt I was being set-up to experience. Happy for you if you had a better experience with them... I couldn't get past the arrogance and dismissiveness of the sales guy priming me for the big ticket.
