Finally, they reached out to the manufacturer who sent their own inspector out to determine what the cause was. Before this inspector came out though Jeff, the head of Cherry City sent the original installer back out to my house to make some adjustments and create gaps in the installl so it was altered before the manufacturer showed up. After they came back with their report determining it was a bad install, Jeff said that he disagreed with it. Ultimately, they didn't take care of it and we have a cracked floor in multiple places. Avoid this place at all cost. They are terrible and Jeff is a total piece of garbage.

After our transaction was completed, the guy said he had forgotten that there was a $75 delivery fee to Salem (the amount we were supposedly "saving" on our certificate).
