Some hit and misses At Brunch. A busy Saturday I stopped in to brunch. It's walk in only for brunch so I ensured to get beer before 1 pm. I like the restaurant, the sub level is cute and cozy almost making it feel like a separate space. I also saw they have an outdoor space which hopefully I can come back here for summer drinks. I had the passion fruit cocktail and my friends had the Guava cocktails which was really sour more than sweet. The passion fruit however was amazing, but when I ordered a second round it wasn't consistent. The best thing was the French toast with the berries and syrup. Every bite was sweet and the French toast was nice and fluffy, don't hesitate on getting that. I had the fried oysters which I was hopping would be great but it wasn't consistent more batter than oyster so I couldn't taste it. I would dry less batter and a sauce on top. My eggs and potatoes were really good though. The shrimp and grits could've been more gritty. It was a little on the thin side but I'm sure that's a quick fix.

The place is a bit tight but still comfortable. The waiter was such a vibe and gave great energy. The food wasn't that great the grits was too watery but the shrimp was good. The steak did not have any flavor and the tempura oysters was too slimmy. The French toast was great, but the bellani was too bitter the passionfruit champange was good. The music was cool and good parking outside

I am gluten free and was searching the area for what felt like forever looking for a good brunch menu with GF options that wasn't just "a granola bowl" and this place hit the spot! I ordered the grits and they were fantastic. Very cheesy and yummy. Quite decadent and I wasn't able to finish it but enjoyed every bite. I sat at the bar as a party of 1. The bartender (an Irish woman) was incredibly kind and welcoming. She created a lovely environment. I didn't order an alcoholic beverage but the bloody Mary's that others ordered looked nice. Overall I felt the service was very good and people were very attentive given it was a Saturday brunch. The only thing I didn't care for was that the music was very loud, but that's ok just not my thing.

Food was good. Service so so. Ambience ok. Gotta eat quick because they kick you out right after. It's a very cute little cafe with overpriced brunch, but that just like many spots nearby. The eggs Benedict were really good though. French toast were ok too. Soft and not too eggs.

Park Slope Sunday brunch spot that is made for Park Slope given the Park Slope location, Park Slope prices, and the Park Slope mentality. Hey Matthew S.! Will you stop saying Park Slope so much? Okay. The food here ranges from mediocre, to sloppy, to actually pretty good. The Eggs Benedict are okay, but are arrayed in such a sloppy way that if this is the only thing you order here, you will hate it. The potatoes were arrayed disgusting and are best not to be served. They look like someone just took a mashed and went crazy on these. They did not taste bad, but we eat with our eyeballs, and my eyeballs told me to stop eating these, so I did. The Canadian bacon is tough and dry. It was unpleasant eating it. At least the egg had good wobble, I enjoyed the Hollandaise sauce, and the English muffin was plenty nooky and cranny. I then fixated on the pancakes. What a full 180! The pancakes are light and fluffy and taste great. The fresh fruit compote is a nice addition. It adds a sweet note with going overboard. I never needed the syrup, as I felt it was not required. What is this, Quebec? While I gave it a four star review, it is more like 3.5 stars. Sorry folks, maybe next time, maybe never. Park Slope just let me down a little. Now I will stop.

My brother-in-law (BIL) mentioned this place when we first moved here. He said it was one of those places that needed reservations. We came here for our anniversary and I kind of wish we hadn't. First off, service was meh. The whole vibe of the place made it seem like they didn't want us there. The food was okay, not blow-you-away. And it came out really fast, like too fast. My husband got the burger and I got the hangar steak. The steak was dry and kinda tough to eat. My husband said his burger was not impressive. And it was not cheap either. This is probably more of a brunch place than a dinner place. I usually try not to say harsh things about the places I eat at. But so far, these places have been falling pretty flat for me. Or maybe I'm turning in a Karen, I don't know. I won't be returning to Stone Park Cafe, but if you like it and want to keep going, by all means.

Judy is the hostess w the mostest. She's very accommodating, courteous n friendly. I think she only work on weekends though. Brunch here is great. Make reservations bc it's super busy on weekends. The lox is made on premises, the passion fruit mimosa is so refreshing. Eggs Benedict is so good, The fries are nice n crispy. Everything in the menu is great.

Went for dinner the other night with two other couples. It was our first time. Lovely little place with a very nice menu and very good service. Drinks were terrific and food was really really good. A few of us did the price frix menu and others did à la carte. We all really enjoyed our dinners . My hubby enjoyed his dessert but a few of us ordered an affogato that was not on menu. That I would not recommend nor order again as it was really bad. But def will go back for dinner again.

Stone Park Cafe is a very solid brunch spot! We went right at opening and were seated without a wait. Our hostess was nice and friendly and the restaurant filled up over time as we were dining. It was definitely a good atmosphere! Overall the menu had a lot of brunch classics - there were a good number of vegetarian options as well but mostly pork for meat options! I got the quiche with fries and a buttermilk biscuit on the side. I definitely enjoyed my meal but wasn't the biggest fan of the biscuit - but that could be due to my own personal preference. The quiche was very filling and fries were crispy! Stone Park is a good place to pop in for a brunch and I would like to return to try dinner one day as well.

They completely sanitized and cleaned every square inch before me and my 13 guests (family mostly!) arrived for my husbands bday dinner. It was immaculate. We felt so comfortable because there was one chef who was cooking our food and one waiter to serve vs a restaurant with lots of people. They have a gorgeous outdoor space so we had drinks there and kept the door open then whole dinner for some air. It was great - food was amazing - and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They also provided all of the rentals and the price was right. It probably cost me a bit less then going to some fancy restaurant and the experience was so much more special. My husband was so surprised and loved every second. P.S. the chef re-created my husbands favorite childhood dish to make the menu special. I love that he took the time to do that!

A rude woman who did little to correct her mistake. Now I'm wet. I went to the bar to ask if they'd replace the drink. The bartender immediately said "no go ask the manager." Well alrighty! I find the manager and he proceeds to re-explain the situation as "so you want us to buy you a drink? It's not our fault or responsibility." We're adults. I never placed blame. A peculiar thing to say considering I just bought the drink and I'm in your establishment. Felt pretty short tbh. Not sure why I was expecting a different tone. He eventually just offers me a shot. I don't particularly like shots so I kindly slid the remainder of the spilled drink and declined the shot, suggesting that Managment show the next customer a little more grace and respect in tone. Obviously an establishment isn't responsible for spilled drinks and don't have to be kind at all. I get that. But I guess that's what separates a great establishment from a mediocre one just selling drinks and not an experience. Good luck to them.

We planned our wedding from out of state, and this proved to be be a non issue for the staff as they easily set up phone call and zoom sessions with us and our coordinator. This is an amazing space that is essentially a beautiful blank canvas, meaning you can do as much or as little as you wish here. Our day of coordinator helped us secure many vendors to fulfill all the duties of the space, almost all who had worked events here before and had nothing but good things to say. When the day of arrived, we were given free reign of the space and politely checked in with every few hours to see if we needed anything on their end. When the wedding kicked into full gear we had a small unexpected hiccup (outside their control), which they promptly worked to fix and followed up with us after the wedding.
