Alex greeted me and I showed him exactly what I searching for. He gave all the details regarding the Del Rio pebbles that I was interested in. Last week, I went in ready to make my purchase and met Jasson. I showed him photos of the area to be filled in and asked for his estimation of how much I would truly need. I didn't want to get to much because I had nowhere to store extra stones. His estimate was 8 bags. I purchased 5 just to make sure while planning to buy extra bags if needed. His estimation was right on the money! After laying the 5 bags I had purchased, 3 more was the exact fit. Unfortunately, when I picked up the remaining 3 bags and brought them home, I discovered that that wrong stones had been bagged and immediately called Balboa Brick. They were perfectly amazing as they easily swapped out the wrong stones for the right ones. Jasson and Alex are, by far, the best dudes! And, I will be back!

Guys were ez to work with, clean, and best part, on time. What will make the project flow, is knowing and have a good idea on what you want. Do all your up front work first!

Norma lied about the date of arrival and lied about the product. She blamed the manufacturer and…read morethen the driver. Zero accountability for her lack of professionalism. We special ordered a 4x8 tile. Weeks go by tile doesn't arrive on the date they gave me. I call the store and norma suggests we cut a bigger tile into the size i want. I explained to her we couldn't do that because the edges wouldn't match, i declined her shady attempt. Another week goes by and i get a message saying tile arrived. I pick up take it home and as i start to inspect the tile i notice one edge has a bevel and the other three edges are straight cut. She did exactly what i told her we couldn't do and i wouldn't accept to do. She tried to fool me into thinking i had received a special order 4x8, the boxes themselves described a 12x12 tile! I take the tile back to the store and give them the opportunity to fix their attempt to deceit me. She suggests we send it to a her manufacturer to get the edges worked to match the original bevel. I offer to drop them off myself three hours away to speed up the process. At this point I'm in contact with the manufacturer. Another couple weeks go by and the manufacturer lets me know the tile is ready so i let norma know. The agreement was the store would pick it up and i would pick up at the store. When i call to let her know the manufacturer said it was ready she lies again and says the manufacturer told her it wont be ready until the next day. I call her over the phone and she tries to get me to pick up the tile myself, the audacity this woman has is incredible. She then blames her driver for not being in the area as the reason my tile is late once again. Next step will be a visit to consumer affairs.
