Our movers were on time, efficient, and showed they cared about our belongings by wrapping up furniture and carefully moving it down our very narrow, very Boston staircase. When we mentioned that we had just had a deep cleaning and were trying to minimize mess, the movers put down blankets as they walked through the house and even wore the disposable shoe coverings we provided them, which they really didn't need to do, but the fact that they did showed they had the utmost respect for our home and move-in experience -- and they were just very kind individuals all around. The final price came in just about at the estimate and there were zero surprises. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time.
