It wasn't perfect but their prices were much better compared to other places that charged X price, with additional costs for every little extra service, so in the end, I will save a lot of money by doing some of the easier things myself. Victor was also very helpful in answering all my first-time-pool-owner questions. I felt bad having to ask so many basic questions, but he never gave me the impression that I was bothering him. He also communicated with me well, which is hard to find with contractors. He would text in advance so I knew what time to expect him, and responded quickly whenever I would text or message him. He stuck to the quoted price, even after he went out to buy a small pressure gauge for our pool filter. Overall I definitely recommend Victory Pools. They were friendly and professional. If any issues arise in the future I will update the review, but hopefully not!

He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance.
