Never having a pool before, I was very nervous about the process due to my lack of knowledge. I was beyond impressed with Brittany. Her extensive knowledge blew me away. She also walked me through everything in the inspection to make sure I felt comfortable with her findings. She was patient (i had lots of questions) and her answers to my questions were very thorough. I greatly appreciate how she took the time to make sure I felt at ease since the system was quite complicated. She walked me through the systems as well and took the time to show me what I needed to know and what system was linked to which processes for the pool and the spa. She did all of this in under an hour. Her report was very detailed with great pictures. They were recommended to us through our home inspector as he did not cover pools. I could not say enough great things about Brittany, Laura and the company. Incredibly trustworthy and professional. I've always had the builders open the pool which consisted of removing the cover, dumping chemicals and starting the pool filter. Well here comes Joe The Pool Guy! In addition to the above services, Joe also vacuums, brushes and skims the pool!! This is the first time my pool has looked amazing on opening day! Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

I moved into a house with an older pool and called them to have our liner replaced. Everything was explained to me up front and accounted for, the work was done quickly and professionally. Luis was able to predict all possible scenarios and fix all of our issues. He really wanted to see the job go well and didn't want to nickel and dime us. Our pool needed a lot of work and this company was there to help us every step of the way. We had other issues with different parts of the pool leaking and they were able to fix all of it. Most other companies would have said this was our issue and walked away, but Luis insisted on helping is get to the bottom of all of it. You just don't get service like that anymore. I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. For the evaluation prior tot he installation we were visited by of the owners who had come to our home and at the time the home we purchased had a pool filled with weeds, was not level, and needed a new liner and skimmer/filter hooked up. I never had a "real" pool prior, just an inflatable one that we bought at TRU years ago. The crew took their time cleaning out the debris, leveling the pool and making sure we were all set up for a summer of fun! They arrived promptly at 8:30 and were done by 11:45? maybe even 11:30. I could not be happier with the service they provided along with answering all of my questions by way of maintenance and upkeep. They also provide pool openings and closures as well.
