I made an appointment with the company, not a person, and yet since a person left, I'm forced to go to the back of the line. I told them I'd take my business elsewhere and she didn't seem to have any objection with that. He fixed things and shared details of what he found and what he was doing. He had everything working perfectly within no time. I was so happy I found this company and especially David that I had automation for pool (phone app mgmt) added and he had that in no time. The ScreenLogic app would not connect to outside. He checked everything on the motherboard and it was just fine. It was the inside adapter that was not functioning properly. He recommended we call Pentair for assistance. The company does not provide a human to speak but it did have some ai generated steps to follow, none of those helped. My husband called the company that was on our pool sticker, quite possibly the original company that installed this. We had never used Superior Pools since we've lived here over 10 years. Worst mistake ever!! Tech came out, spent about 30 minutes looking at equipment and said it seems to be just fine, must be the adapter inside. Again, same result as the prior company. Equipment outside is good, must be the inside adapter. Well, after the Superior tech spent trying to fix the inside connections using Google, he determined it was bad. Then he returned to pool equipment and now the mother board was not functioning. Kept shutting off after 2-3 seconds. Tech left and the pool didn't work!! Highly questionable that two people both say the motherboard was fine, only to then have same tech say an hour later oh no, motherboard IS bad. Very questionable! Would not recommend this company just based on this one visit. Always best to read reviews, ask around for recommendations as this day and age anyone can but in business and not be reputable!!

My pool was loosing over an inch of water everyday, which made the pump unable to run properly as water level was too low. Since freezing temperature continued, my pool became icy as well. Outdoor faucets got frozen so I was adding water by running a garden hose from the bathroom sink (while freezing cold outside air was coming in to my house), just to avoid getting the pump damaged from complete stop of its operation. I was desperate. So Tanner's advice over text messages even before scheduling the service really helped me relieved, as he was so responsive and answered to my questions!! He fixed the cracked return pipe in the ground for us and finally, I can sleep well without any worries. I highly recommend Leak-Tech.
