So at first when we start. Service was ok. David come first…read moretime and explain a bit about the pool and the system. It was the first time I owned a pool. So I didn't know much. Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him. But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.

Wow, sorry to hear about the other customers that did not receive the same service we did…read more We recently had to switch to TBL after our friend and former pool service company moved to Waco. We were terrified of finding a new company as contractors around DFW are ridiculously hit or miss. We explained our trepidations to Tina who assured us that they would provide excellent service. We had heard that before and were not convinced. Their prices are fair and competitive (which is more than I can say about my plumber who came out yesterday). Our cleaning tech, Jose, showed up on time for our 1st cleaning and while we didn't get to meet him, made a great 1st impression with a great clean. Tina in the office responds to any e-mails/contacts in a very timely and courteous manner. We were starting to think that we may have struck oil... We had them give us a quote today to re-seal our pool deck. No less than the owner of the company, Jason, arrived and provided us with an e-mailed quote free of charge. The quote was under what our previous company, who was owned by a close friend, had quoted us! Now we were sure. I saw a small amount of possible algae growth today in our pool (common in an indian summer like we have) and I reached out to Tina via e-mail to see if there was anything we could do before the next cleaning to kill/mitigate/clean the pool up. Jason, the owner, is still e-mailing me back and forth as I write this at Friday night @ 10:34PM with suggestions, tips, and possibilities for what I might be seeing. I would have never in my wildest dreams expected to hear back from anyone until Monday morning. I feel bad for the other 2 customers who did not have the same experience that we did, but I am sold. I'd will recommend TBL to anyone who will listen.

I ordered estimate for damage on my pool equipment, for insurance company. They told me it will be…read more$150 and send me "expert" for estimate. Expert told me my estimate will be ready and emailed to me Friday or Monday on end of May. Nothing happened, expert didn't answer his phone calls, so I used other company for estimate. But what blue lagoon didn't forget is piled me $162.32 for nothing. She I called them they ended phone call. I hope nobody will use them, and nobody will pay them for nothing.
