I have tried to get help from all kinds of residential services and I can't even count how many never even return a call. I was thrilled that Scott called right away and on a weekend no less! Scott and I talked through the problems with our pool pump quickly and he was able to diagnose the probable issue. Within three days, Scott was at our house with all the needed parts and replaced the pump motor and other needed parts in an hour or so. Scott even refused to take our money until he was finished.
