This was the worst day of my life.They thru out very personaly things of mine. Oh he was sweet as Pie when he came too my Studio and said it would be $750 I had brain cancer a while ago living alone I know now that they took advantage of me no doubt in my mind.The person that was going too clean the studio check in with me and said he needed the money up front.Paid him $375 half the payment.Long story short he never finished the job caught him going thru my jewlery bowl throwing things away that I had to take back out and before he left he apoligized that he had locked his keys in the car for two hours before he could even start the job.He also told me that he don't really don't clean residents homes.He mostly does crime scenes or when people pass on.He had no clue when I told him it had too be spotless for my inspection.All my dirty and clean dishes were put in cardboard box. He left and my credit and debit card were missing so I canceled my cards.Many things are missing and all my court documents pictures it goes on and on. SO he threated that he was going to sue me over and over again.He also told me too call MERRY MAIDS so I did and payed them with the money I had left over.I am a good person and I try too trust people.All he should have said was we don't clean studios and I could have called some one else no problem.All he cared about was the money.He treated my home like I had died.Chapin just needs too stick with his HOARDING JOBS inc CRIME SCENCES JOBS.My stuff I guess can be replaced but I am very sad about things that I am missing.I guess I forget that there are faulty and greedy people out there no matter what. read more

I contacted Steri-Clean Sacramento and other cleaning services after my mother-in-law passed away. They were the most responsive, so we decided to hire them and I'm sooo glad we did. The house was nasty as my mother-in-law was a hoarder and also had several cats. I can't even describe the mess and smell. Chapin met us at the house to give us an estimate. He was professional, on time and very considerate regarding the condition of the house. These guys were AWESOME! We schedule a time for the cleanup. He sent 2 guys to do the actually cleaning and completely cleared out the house for us. They helped us salvage what we could to have a garage sale and to recover a few mementos and most importantly all the family pictures and slides. They made a very difficult and daunting task manageable. They were professional, considerate, hard working, fun and very accommodating. I hired Chapin Fowler at Steri Clean Sacramento in August ! I had my furnace checked out and found some rodent dropping's around my furnace! Needless to say, I freaked out! I called numerous company's and no one just cleaned and santasized the area. They all wanted to tear out the insulation and replace, etc! THEN I FOUND STERI CLEAN SACRAMENTO! Chapin Fowler came out and completely vacuumed, cleaned, and sterilized, the whole area! He was professional, and explained the whole process! He made you feel comfortable in what was a very uncomfortable situation! He took pictures of the before and after and totally cleaned up the area that he accessed! This guy came and over quoted me for my mentally ill family member who was hoarding. Don't listen to this guy, you don't need to open credit cards to help your family member. I requested a hoarding clean and he quoted me a ridiculous amount. I called a bigger company that does biohazard and they told me to just call a hauling service. Got the job done for a tenth of the price. Couldn't believe it, they even sanitized it for me which was this guys whole sales pitch. This guys on something weird, wouldn't deal with him. read more

Man I came over and seen what these clowns did to my neighbors house, had his kids all outside cryin so I walked over to see what was going on since they was all yellin. Couldn't believe how loud they was! I can't just let my neighbors family get treated like dogs! Worst quality ever and a terrible value BECAUSE MY NEIGHBORS FAMILY LOST MONEY!! Owner was extremely rude when I told him that other places had already quoted me lower prices. The guy seems to be a real know it all and couldn't stop talking. Why would it cost so much just to clean up a little bit of blood on some concrete? I requested a bio clean up service and ended up going with a bigger name company that did it for cheap. read more
