Our first time with Appliance Warehouse was 10 years ago and to this day, our go-to place for replacing appliances. This time, our fridge in the garage died, so I took my lunch break & went to visit Appliance Warehouse just to see. So many selections at affordable prices-even more than fb marketplace sometimes offers! I found one I liked, Dawn helped me (while on the phone with another customer) and got me in and out in 30 minutes. Nathaniel was our delivery guy & he was so kind, on time, & so easy to talk to. We've always had great experiences with the delivery and hauling out the old appliances. This is why we keep coming back! read more

Appliance Warehouse - Fridge we decided to purchase - Appliances Near Me - Sacramento, California

DO NOT GO HERE! You have been warned! I gave this place a chance and regret it! I went into the warehouse and immediately you can tell it's a junky and shady place. Take a look at their reception area, papers everywhere, a mess..dirty and dusty!! Appearance says a lot. If they don't even care what customers can see, that tells you a lot. Even though it looked like a mess in there. I bought a washer and dryer set for about $745, since I was trying to be frugal and it was cheap. The dryer was fine. The washer however shook like an earthquake and didn't spin correctly, leaving the clothes dripping wet! I immediately called Appliance warehouse and they sent a repairman out in a week, they stated it was the soonest someone can come out to check it out. Mind you, I just had a baby and is recovering from a c-section. Having two kids under 2, I need to do laundry and can't wait a week. I was so frustrated! Repairman finally came out and ran a few cycles and stated we have to run it only on "normal" cycle. Ok....I should be able to run it on whatever cycle suits my needs, that's why there are different options on the washer. Days after he came out, same thing the washer was loud and shook again (on normal setting). I called Appliance warehouse again and it's the same story, I had to wait for days for a repairman to come out. I asked if we can get a replacement, and the lady who is tan and has long nails stated "no" the repairman has to try and fix it at least "6" times...EXCUSE ME?? Finally, after one last attempt, repairman came out again, and they washer now does not shake anymore but I am only able to run it on "normal" cycle, not "heavy or light cycle". I found out that all of their washer and dryers are all torn apart and rebuilt with reburnished parts (junky parts). Long story short, go somewhere else! You're better spending an extra $100-200 for a brand new set at Costco. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! Oh yeah, and they tell you to leave as "good review" to get a free month of warranty. read more

I had a great experience shopping for a washer here. They had a huge selection to choose from. Great customer service! My delivery guy, Nathanial, was very professional, on time. Took away my broken washer and installed the new one with ease! Thank you again! read more

An overall wonderful experience with this establishment and workers! We came here on different occasions, within a week, to purchase a refrigerator and a washer/dryer set. The refrigerator was purchased first and Steve was our delivery man both times. From the first encounter from entering the warehouse to shop around to our delivery date, customer service was wonderful. We were greeted upon walking in. When we came back for the washer/dryer set, we again were greeted upon entering. Nicole assisted us and answered all questions we had. She also checked us out and was able to give us a discount since we had previously purchased the refrigerator not too long ago. There was a cute kitty on the property. I enjoyed petting it while shopping around. Thank you Nicole, Steve, and anyone else we came in contact with who assisted us with our purchases! We had a hick up with our washer this past week and was able to get someone to come out 3 days later to fix it. Jojo came out tonight and fixed it within 30 minutes. Thank you so much everyone for your quickness and help! read more

This has consistently been my go-to place for appliance replacements. Over the years, I've purchased a washer, dryer, and most recently a refrigerator, and the reasons I keep coming back are the outstanding customer service, cash discounts, and same-day delivery options. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and helpful. My most recent experience really reinforced why I trust this business. After purchasing a fridge, I noticed some issues and Joe came out to inspect it. He worked on it and was honest enough to point out a clunking sound that could shorten the lifespan of the appliance. Instead of brushing it off, he recommended exchanging the fridge. That level of honesty and care for customers is hard to find these days and truly appreciated. I also want to recognize Nathaniel, the delivery technician, who was kind, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the appliances. The exchange process was completely hassle-free, and I'm very happy with the replacement fridge. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality appliances backed by excellent customer service and integrity. read more

Nathaniel delivered my w/d on 9/17/26 and he was fast, friendly, helpful and professional. He even ran the washer through a Normal cycle (empty) to ensure it worked well and ran the dryer so I could check in his presence that it got hot. It did! I have only washed a thick bed blanket by itself (same day as delivery) and unfortunately on the Bulky Bedding cycle the satin edges got a bit torn and shredded. Not happy about this. Next time I'll wash this blanket on Delicate. Overall I am hoping this Kenmore set will last for a long time and the agitator won't cause shredding of other items. I would still recommend buying a w/d from Appliance Warehouse. read more

Recently purchased a washer dryer set from here. So far all is working well. It was a good price and it came with free delivery and setup plus a warranty if anything happens within a certain timeframe of purchase. Would recommend to others and return for future needs. read more

This is the place to go and ask for Peyton. I was greeted within a minute by him. Told him that I wanted a dryer one to two years old. We went to the back yard, which is huge. He recommended two and I chose one. Paid cash which gets you a discount. Delivering tomorrow with removal. Again, ask for Peyton. My brother and I grew up in the area and it is nice to support businesses in the area. Thanks Peyton. read more

I like to preface my reviews by providing readers a little bit about who I am. Im an ex professional baseball player, and career professional, the result of hard work and unwavering commitment to each & every team and agency I've worked for, and have very high expectations of people and service providers, and feel that recognizing hard work, professionalism when so warranted is important. The Appliance Warehouse populated on my Instagram this morning, which was perfect timing as our dryer had recently stopped working. I refuse to pay the inflated & unreasonable price for a brand new dryer, so I drove to the Appliance Warehouse and was met with a smile & open arms by the owners daughter, who was kind, genial in nature, and professional. The Appliance Warehouse staff do not "Pressure Sell", to the contrary, they're just focused on the buyers needs and respond kindly & accordingly. Their prices are more than reasonable and I'm so glad I chose to buy a work horse of a well maintained MayTag Dryer they had in stock. They also had one of their staff dolly the dryer out to my vehicle, overall 5+ Stars! Rob Thomas read more

I've been going to appliance warehouse for years. I've gotten multiple items for them one of which still works. The other stuff I bought I gave to family members recently. My washer went out, and I was in a panic. I went to other stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, and the prices are ridiculous. I remembered that appliance warehouse is the goat win in less than 10 minutes picked out a washer at a great price I've never had a bad experience with him. The staff is friendly and a funny to listen to. They definitely are a big family and they act like such they even went out of their way to make sure that it was delivered to me same day and I live all the way in Lincoln can't thank them enough and if you're looking for a quick replacement for a broken refrigerator, washer dryer or even a stove these are the guys to see. Thank you so much appliance warehouse you relieve the stress that I was going through. From Kenny Lewis read more

I've bought 3 refrigerators from here the 1st was too big so I exchanged it. The second broke after the warranty was passed. This next one knocks a rattles but works. This washing machine takes the cake y'all. I bought it on the 9th of November and it had a leak but very small so I wasn't sure. Called for a repair they said black Friday between 3 and 9. No call no show. They didn't call me today. I had to call. They said repair man was leaving and I'd be his first stop. Guess what? I wasn't. Had to call back twice. The management promised a call back to me after the tech left. Guess what? No call. And look at the mess he left Update. They called. Nothing positive to add read more

They called about 30 minutes before. When they got to my house, everything went really smoothly, fast and took care of everything. Back in August I bought a washer there, we didn't have it delivered, but I will definatley have the stuff delivered, it's so easy and very cheap. Thank you!!! read more

Appliance Warehouse - My new refrigerator! - Appliances Near Me - Sacramento, California

I could not be anything but happy with the service and product provided by Appliance Warehouse! My wife and I had been toying with the idea of getting a fridge/freezer for our garage and browsed Facebook Market, Craigslist, and other reselling websites to see if there was anything worth pulling the trigger on. Nothing stood out to us until I decided to walk into Appliance Warehouse. The first thing I noticed was everyone greeted me with a smile and asked how they could assist me as well as gave me a great run down of where everything is. The second thing that stood out to me was the willingness to measure appliances and go out of their way to get me as much information as I asked for on a unit. The third was of course the price and delivery. The prices were extremely fair and usually even better than prices from private sellers. Plus the sales and discounts they have make it hard to walk away from a good deal on a great unit. The cherry on top was the delivery, the fact that they were able to deliver it the next day, install it in my garage and even level it so it isn't wobbling around made my experience with Appliance Warehouse an extremely enjoyable one. I could not be happier and I absolutely would not hesitate to return to them for any future purchases or refer them to family and friends. read more

Had such a positive experience when purchasing a fridge and washer/dryer for my rental property. Nothing could beat the price I got them for, and it came with great customer service & delivery! Appliance Warehouse - Inventory - Appliances Near Me - Sacramento, California

Made my first purchase here last week after searching all over the area for a decent deal. My washer broke suddenly and apparently after contacting multiple businesses the part is very expensive or most places couldn't fix the model I had. Came here found what I wanted right away. They have a huge inventory of washers and dryers. Plenty of refrigerators and stoves too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the pictures do not show how huge this place is, I mean wow. They will have what you're looking for. I will definitely be back. I would recommend at least checking this place out before you shop around because chances are you'll be back just like me :) read more

My experience with Appliance Warehouse was a huge success! I wish I had gone to them in the first place, rather than shopping around or purchasing from a big commercial box store. I made the mistake of buying from a commercial store first and the process start to finish with them has been terrible, in contrast Appliance Warehouse was amazing. Their delivery process was easy to use and seamless! I'm very happy with my appliance, the size, the quality and the customer service was exceptional! I will probably be going here for all future, appliance purchases and recommending them to everyone I know that is searching for appliances as well. I love when a small business proves why shopping local and shopping mall really is the best way to ensure your experience as a customer! read more

Purchased a used washer on Monday, Labor Day holiday. They delivered it after lunch the next day. They set up and hauled off my old washer. It stopped working the same afternoon. I called the store, and they sent a repairman the next day, fixed the problem, and it is now working just fine. Very happy with the purchase. This is the second washer we purchased from them, and the 1st one lasted about 15 years. read more

This is, by far, the best place to purchase washers and dryers at an affordable price. I bought a set here about 10 yrs ago. I had it for 5 1/2 yrs before I had to sell it due to a move. When I moved, I purchased a brand new set that I was so excited about. Little did I know what a nightmare my brand new Samsung washer would be. I just purchased a used Maytag from appliance warehouse last week and they took away the awful Samsung washer for me. The nicest staff. Great appliances at fantastic prices. So many options to choose from. You really can't go wrong. I will never purchase a washer or dryer anywhere else! read more

Stopped by to buy a washing machine. Wasn't sure what I wanted and Nicole was sooooo sweet and helpful. She was more than happy to go outside to show me more models and just made the whole experience pleasant. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day! I had a three hour delivery window and the driver called me in advance, as promised. The whole experience was so much easier than buying a brand new set from Lowe's. I will definitely stop by in the future for any appliances! read more

Walked in looking for a dishwasher, above over microwave, fridge. Basically all kitchen appliances. There were at least 8 employees sitting at the front desk or what I assume was the check out area. They all looked at us. One of them said "hey". We looked around for about 10 minutes, NOT ONE OF THEM OFFERED TO HELP US! Everything was filthy. Used dented dishwashers priced at $325! I literally left there and purchased a brand new dishwasher, same maker, but better model, WITH a 2 year warranty at Lowe's for $399. Make it make sense. Don't waste your time or money here! read more

I purchased a beautiful GE Profiler ($3500 value if purchased new) and a washer and dryer set on 11/16 with Peyton. I can not express how pleased I. It had one slight scuff on the side that is not visible from the front. The appliances match beautifully with my new home! I purchased all of the above for under $1000. I would have been like $3-4k out of pocket buying brand new. I thought I had an issue with the water dispensing and called them, they were ready to send someone out within 2 days but I had to cancel because it started working after the reset! I am VERY pleased. The only downside and the only slight negative feedback I'd share is I really would have appreciated a heads up knowing that their team can not deliver appliances upstairs. I wasn't asked where My laundry area was located, so I never even thought that would be an issue or anything I'd need to ask, so that was a little bit of bummer , I had to find someone else to install and move upstairs for $100 bucks so that's the only thing, please take note of this and please advise your customers just so they can plan and budget ahead. Otherwise, not a big deal at all. Thank you Peyton and the appliance warehouse team! I'll never look elsewhere , AND they offer financing with no credit check if needed. After your warranty, if anything breaks they only charge you for parts which I think is pretty decent. Warm Regards Miranda Felix purchased 11/16 read more
