We had issues with our washer not draining the water after each cycle. Ran a quick yelp find, came across Vitalii with ProFlex. Setting up the appointment was easy. Vitalii reached out to our family on a Monday night. Explained to Vitalii that I needed to leave before noon to the Bay Area the next day so I needed an early appointment scheduled. He locked me in for a 0900-1100 appointment time frame for the very next day! On the day of, Vitalii gave me a heads up before arriving to our property. Arrived, pre-diagnosed the issue. Gave a clear honest opinion of next plan of action and executed with flying colors. Turned out it was a really bad clog that he took care of. He ran a post diagnosis to ensure everything else was working well with the washer before he concluded his work. Washer works well now and I couldn't be more happier with the results. Came in at 1030. Finished job at 1130. Vitalii is a very honest, knowledgeable and skilled worker. His rate to fix my washer was very reasonable. In this day of age where most people will do anything to make money off of people, I am grateful that people like Vitalii still exist. You can trust this guy with any appliance issues. Thank you again bro and much aloha!! read more

My front loading washer was leaking into the pedestal drawers and the floor underneath. They came out the same day and temporarily stopped the leak so I could continue doing laundry until a new gasket arrived. He replaced the gasket 4 days after he ordered it. He is friendly, thorough, and very competent. I would recommend this company to everyone. read more

Vitaly was friendly, responsive, and fixed our microwave the same day. I would definitely hire him again! read more

Mike arrived within provided time window, he diagnosed and provided a clever alternative approach to clean my washer - to open the top and use long flexible brush to clean the gaps between two tubs, instead of removing the seized wash plate to clean the bottom. I was amazed because I had two other repair guys who couldn't remove the wash plate and cleaned, and other companies declined to provide the service after I described the issue. Mike is polite, knowledgeable and very clean. I am so happy that the washer is cleaned! Thank you and definitely will keep their number handy. read more

I requested service for same-day tv mounting service. My TV is a 65inch. Vitalii was very accommodating, provided great customer service, great communication and gave great value. We had the TV mounted over the fireplace, he came with his tools and made sure the TV was put in a place I liked before starting services. I did not have a mount on hand so he provided the mount as well. We needed an extension cord but whatever we had on hand Vitalii made it work. He was fast as well, done in nearly 30 minutes. read more

I had a great experience with ProFlex. Professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Vitalii took out my old non-functioning over-the-range microwave and installed a brand-new range hood. The job was done right, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Fantastic customer service too. I would definitely hire them again and refer friends. read more

Yes you did reset the breaker. My neighbor reset the CONTROL PANEL, which released the relay. Once the control panel was reset everything has been fine. The genuine GE control panel is available on Amazon for $266, not $400. read more

Had an issue with my GE front-load washer (GFW650SPNSN) -- it kept clicking every 10 seconds and shutting itself off right after turning on. Mike came out, diagnosed it quickly, and correctly identified it as a control board issue. He also recommended replacing the door lock at the same time since a faulty lock can cause the new board to fail too, smart move that saves a second service call down the line. Professional, knew the model well, and didn't try to oversell anything. Would recommend and will call again for future appliance repairs. read more

Vital did a FANTASTIC job! I texted him on a Sunday afternoon for a failing refrigerator fan. He came out the next evening to diagnose the problem and came out promptly two days later to repair it so we wouldn't lose any food. Price was very fair. Highly recommend! Call ProFlex, you won't be disappointed. read more

My whole-house fan was making a lot of noise, so I called Vitalii. After he'd looked at it, he told me he was going to lubricate it, and I agreed. He said that might help for a while, but that I needed some major repairs. And sure enough, my fan died about a week later. When he finished, he charged me the advertised $69 service fee, then said I owed another $20 for the lubricant. He said that he couldn't provide a receipt on the spot, which seemed strange, but promised to text me both a receipt and an estimate for repairs. A week or so later, I received an estimate for a complete motor replacement. The labor alone was quoted at $600-$700 for what appeared to be only a couple of hours of work, so I texted to ask if that was the total price for the job. His unnecessarily rude response was , "Of course not." I never did receive the receipt that Vitalii promised. And, for what it's worth, he insisted on being paid in cash, telling me he doesn't accept credit cards, which I also find very odd. Vitalli's total estimate came to roughly $1,300. I called another contractor for a second opinion. That technician spent about 20 minutes in my attic, tightened some loose bearings, reinstalled the fan belt, performed some routine maintenance, and my fan has worked like new ever since. My total bill was under $200, and he completed the repair using parts that were already there. He never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I see that ProFlex has many positive reviews, and perhaps other customers have had better experiences. Mine was terrible. I recommend that you be very careful when dealing with this company. Pay close attention to what they are charging you, and get at least one other estimate. read more

My maytag dryer stopped working. I did a new project and ProFlex Service was able to schedule for Sunday. Vitaliy was able to diagnose the problem and quoted for the replacement. He needed to pick up a part, so I paid the diagnostic fee and he returned the following day to finish the repair. He stuck to his original quote, and was respectful and thorough. The dryer is working great again. I'm glad I went with ProFlex and recommend them if you need help. read more

We thought our refrigerator was done for until Vitalii came to the rescue. Background- our refrigerator is about 10 years old, Samsung, the one with the freezer that pulls out from the bottom. It first stopped making ice, which we dealt with, but then it was not cooling as much as it used to. We determined this because our fruit was spoiling quite quickly. So we called Vitalii and asked him to do a diagnostic to see what could be going on. He was extremely thorough. He moved the fridge check all it's different components both those easily accessible and those that were within the fridge itself. He determined that a part was broken which was causing the cooling issue. Also, the hose for the ice machine needed to be replaced as it was clogged. Vitalii let us know he had to order the cooling part and would let us know when it would be in. He said it could take up to 7 business days. It arrived in 3 and he called us immediately to see when he could come back. Overall- is did amazing work in a short 6 hours. And the value of that work was worth every penny. We paid roughly $600 and that included the diagnostic, the part, and his labor. We are beyond impressed with his work and 3 week later we are still enjoying our ice machine and cold food items again. 1000% recommend Vitalii's services. read more

My washing machine was leaking from the bottom and I reached out to them at 11 pm at night. They promptly responded and we were able to schedule a time for the next morning. Vitalii was the person fixing the machine. I was out of town during the fix but he was keeping me in the loop about when he would arrive and sending me texts about what was broken with the washing machine. I appreciated he would update me with the steps he was taking to fix the washing machine. The price for everything was great and I appreciate that they have a warranty for their work. I would highly recommend using them for any services you need for any of your broken machines! read more

I was smelling gas from my oven, even after it was up to temperature. I reached out in the evening via Yelp projects and had an appointment for 10a the next day, almost right away. Alex, the service repairman, texted when he was on his way and showed up on time! (Always appreciated.) He was personable and professional. He tested the heating process and a few mins after several times. It turned out to just be some powdery debris that had collected at the bottom. He cleaned up it, as well as generally wiped down the whole oven, which I feel is over and beyond. He also explained what to look for and was really informative. The price for the service call was fair, too. It was worth it. Thank you, Alex! read more

The most unexpected thing happened to me during the evening of Thursday 6/13/2024. My 4 year-old 65" Vizio TV (that was purchased new in 2020) pretty much ended its premature life as several pixels were distorted. And when I powered the TV off and back on, there was no picture display. Since I only paid $429 for this TV, it was one of the more cost-effective and inexpensive models out there. And since I am not a TV expert, I would rather just buy another new set than have to pay for any repairs (which I know can be in the hundreds of dollars). Since I took matters in my own hands, I ended buying a premium TV which is the 65" LG OLED C3 4K set from Costco that very same evening. This happens to be one of Consumer Reports top-tier TV's on the market with the dazzling displays and features alone. This takes me to "Prime TV Mount", a mobile family owned-and-operated business that serves the greater Sacramento area. The following day at around 8:00am, I ended up texting Vitalii who responded to my text only a few minutes later and was able to put me in with a 10am-12pm timeslot. Since he was running early, he texted me at 9:30am and was at my home just a few minutes after that. What made this process much easier for Vitalii was that I already had all the mounting brackets necessary for this full motion setup. However, I did not want to risk attempting to lift and hang a 65" TV (especially of this price point) all by myself. Vitalii was able to tighten a few screws into my the drywall and all I really did was assist him in hanging this onto my existing mounting bracket. And just like that, the job was completed! All in all, "Prime TV Mount" did an absolutely wonderful job as this whole process was fast, easy, and very professional. The price was very reasonable and Vitalii took good delicate care of handling my investment. Hopefully this will be the last time in awhile that I need to purchase a new TV. My rating, a perfect five stars. read more

Proflex service was initially was good. The technician seem to identify the problem immediately and fixed it. Quick service! Available on a Sunday. Parts in stock. Was able to fix my dryer with just one visit. Thank you!

It was a challenging diagnostic, but he got it done at a reasonable price. Thanks so much! Happy to have my dishwasher running again.

Amazing customer service! I needed my dishwasher to be uninstalled and my new one put in. I found myself not having the proper attachments or power cord. He was so kind to make the trip to Home Depot to get the correct items for me. Upon replacing my dishwasher he found a leak under my sink, and was efficient enough to replace that as well. Would definitely use his services again. Highly recommend! read more
