It was installed not flush to the floor either. So there was a huge gap and stuff got stuck under it. They restored some patchwork, as a kind gesture but it looked worse than before, I wish they would have never roughed it. When we finally got our things from storage, things were missing, things that were brand new in boxes taken out of the new box and placed in one of their boxes, lot of brand new items came back broken. We didn't call to complain about anything else but the missing stuff. Between my husband and I, we called an upward of 20 times, sent emails and text and no one would return our calls, emails, or text. It's sad because they were really kind but this is horrible business. Please take your business elsewhere if your insurance company refers you to them.

I experienced a house fire that had myself, kids, and animals all in temporary housing for almost a year! Contents Recovery Solutions cataloged every item in my home, cleaned and stored the savable items, and even brought me the basics I needed at my rental home for a year. One item that was carefully wrapped and saved was a cheap broken rubber breast cancer bracelet that had ALOT of sentimental value to me... Most people would have considered it garbage, but there it was, coming back to me. Also 1 month into my displacement, my employer required my childrens' original birth certificates to continue their benefits... a couple text messages later the original documents I needed were hand delivered to me at my place of work. (Thankfully, I reside and work in the same county as their home office). That's over and above excellent customer service in my book. THEN... when moving back into my house after the insurance company rebuilt it Dori, Henry and a few more of the team showed up to my rental, packed up and out all my belongings I had there and moved us back into my house with an astounding amount of strength and speed. This was for a move out cleaning for a small 2 bedroom apartment. First, I was quoted for the rooms and hallway I needed cleaned for $109 but when he arrived, he took a look and started to make claims about how there is another small dining room area that needed cleaning and a little bit of slime my daughter accidentally left on the carpet. After all his "reasons" to how much more work it would be, he stated it would be $160, almost 50% more than he quoted. It's still a good price but I felt that he was very misleading with his quote to get my business. I just wished he was more professional with the way he talked to his customers. We agreed to $150 and he proceeded to do his carpet cleaning. The entire cleaning process took about 30 mins and maybe 5-10 to set up and disassemble. After inspection, the slime didn't come out and there were areas of the carpet that were still dark. I noticed other small pieces of junk and realized he didn't even vacuum. I wish I took some pictures to show everyone. He then proceeded to argue with me to get an additional $10 to get the remaining slime out. Seems odd when he was confident that he could get it out at the beginning. Then he started bring out racial issues, which angered me and was an unnecessary thing for him to do. I'm a minority as well but there no need to bring out racial slurs while discussing the work. I guess you get what you paid for and I've learned my lesson to not trust every local business posted on Craigslist. If you want to deal with an unethical businessman who does a poor job, then this is your guy! I'll never use him again nor recommend him to anyone. Zero stars in my opinion.
