He came out within a day, took a look, explained what all they would do, and provided a written quote that same day. BTW, the painter who gave me the business card still works for Rob... that tells me a lot about the company (that he retains his employees... folks don't stick around unless they respect their employer and the company does good work). Rob was able to book our job for this summer. The crew showed up as promised, and they were great! Friendly, but busy working; clean and cleaned up after themselves. Jeff Pecka, the owner, communicated with us by text and email to keep us informed of their progress in a timely manner. The process was seamless and painless and they got the job done within a week of the HOA approval. I especially like the front door that his dad painted (it's a family affair) because I used harsh cleaning chemicals on it in error during COVID.
