They are great. They respond quick & show up prepared to inspect. Give detailed quotes including scope of work. Scheduling was hassle free and process is quick. Their quote for the same scope of work was $2.6k compared to the $8-10k quote we got minutes prior which is insane. read more

James at Reactic was excellent to work with and would recommend Reactic to anyone as a first place to go for a restoration project.

Overall the company did okay. They were friendly and did okay for the mitigation part (taking down walls and drying). Where the stars were removed was due to the lack of communication and missed areas for drying. Towards the end, the communication was hit or miss and they were hard to contact during the reconstruction phase which was frustrating. There was also some confusion on pricing and I could not get a straight answer. I ended up going with another contractor for the reconstruction because it was getting too frustrating. The new contractor found additional areas that needed to be opened and dried that were missed originally, to my surprise. Overall I am glad I went with another contractor in the end. read more

Update: The company reached out to me shortly after the review. Idan, who I worked with was very apologetic. We worked out an agreeable compensation. The complaint has been satisfactorily handled. They genuinely care about their business and customers. I absolutely recommend them for your mold/restoration needs. read more

The communication was excellent from the beginning. Fast response. Then confirming the time by phone on the day. Daniel came to do an inspection and he was excellent. The consultation was free and he gave me lots of really good advice. He took his time to talk through various options and steps we could go through. He was never pushy or sales-y. The first steps he advised us to take were actually simple steps that didn't even require his company to do any work, such as install some crawl space ventilator fans which are cheap from Amazon, then if we still have a problem we can look at more options with them. Very honest which was great. He also gave us good advice about our asbestos we want to remove and recommended some companies we could use. So helpful and really appreciated. read more

We had an accidental overflow, causing major water damage to our 4-month-old home. The Reactic team took charge, moved personal belongings, bagged what needed bagging, removed flooring, walls, cabinets, and all possible damaged structures and dehumidifiers, and taped our home. It was quick and professional, and their Michael, Camron, and Jose were amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for emergency needs. read more

Idan came out to our home to help with a small electrical fire. His team was super helpful and were really present to work with. They made sure to pay attention to details that I never would've realized were affected from the loss, but he walked me through the entire process. Once all of the mitigation was done, I didn't feel comfortable with the repair company that was sent out by the insurance. I gave Idan a call, and his company helped out again. They were able to start right away, and worked with the insurance to make sure that my kitchen was fully restored, just as we wanted. 100% recommend this company and especially Idan. He was a great guy to work with. read more

These guys are the best, my grand mother who lives in Sacramento has bad allergies and the house was always dusty, upon inspecting her attic I saw her insulation is from 1983, it was dirty, old, unhygienic and full of rat poop. The guys arrived on time. Masked up all The floors. Made sure everything was clean and went into the attic to start cleaning and sanitizing. I am so happy with these guys, so professional, friendly and they did not leave a mess! Would always recommend these guys to everyone read more

We had a slow undetected leak that turned into major water damage. We called Mike and his team based on yelp reviews and we're so glad we did. Mike contacted me right away and came out to assess the damage. He and his crew got to work cleaning up the damage on Memorial Day and they moved all our furniture for us, taped and covered everything, and minimized the mess as much as possible. Mike is super knowledgeable, thorough, and communicative. He helped me handle things with our homeowners insurance, was available to call or text any time I had questions, and overall made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with because we felt like our home was in good hands. I hope nobody has to deal with extensive water damage, but if you find yourself in that situation call Reactic first! read more

I had mold in a spare room and dug into the drywall to see it was also inside the walls. I found Reactic and it was easy to set up an appointment for a free consultation through Yelp and they were able to fit me in the next day. Mike came out and did a great job explaining the process, asking me questions, and ensuring we had a plan that would meet my needs. He was a great communicator and very friendly, easy to work with. Mike was able to provide an estimate that was fair and he and José came back the same week to take care of it. José was thorough and efficient. When they came back to pick up the fan and do one last cleaning, they showed me what they found and Mike went above-and-beyond to do some troubleshooting as to what the cause may be and then potential options to resolve it (as it was outside this scope of work). I hope I never need mold remediation again but, if I do, I'll call Reactic. read more

To give some background I'm a bay-area resident and the house that needed work is located an hour away in the Sacramento area. I remotely manage this property and am glad I made the right decision by hiring Michael and Jose with Reactic. Michael is intelligent, honest, and professional. His response was quick, he told me that he could have people working on the problem the next day. During the entire process, Michael was constantly updating me by text message, sending me pictures, and speaking with me over the phone about the progress of work. They did pest remediation work in the attic space, and crawl-way space and re-insulated my entire attic. I was worried that the work was going to be too difficult, but no job is too hard or too dirty for this crew. Michael, Jose, and his team finished in a timely manner. Michael's pricing is very competitive but I felt like I got top-dollar results. I highly recommend Michael and Jose with Reactic, I am grateful for their hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction. read more

Can't even get a hold of this company. Call the listed number and all you get is "Hello, Hello, Hello". Never trust a company where they don't even tell you who they are when they answer the line. This company has poor ownership and poor customer service which is an extent of their internal culture. read more

We had a serious issue with a pipe bursting and water coming into our living room. We were advised to contact a water mitigation specialist immediately to assess the water damage done to our ceiling. We simply googled it and saw that 911 Restoration/Remediation was open 24/7 (this happened on the weekend). We called them and Idan Guttsait (Project Manager) made an appointment to come to Woodland. He was wonderful. He explained the situation, set up the fans, and basically made us very thankful that we contacted them in the first place. He was great, respectful, and timely and if anything like this happens again to us or anyone we know, we will highly recommend contacting this company. Thank you! read more

We had a leak in our plumbing, plumbers can't fix it unless the biohazard water is taken out and the ground is dry for them to crawl and repair. We have another company came in, gave us a quote but oh man I found out how incompetent they are, they dragged the repair for a week on top of that they came in 4 different times not accomplishing anything, so we looked on yelp found Reactic Restoration and gave them a call, Mike came in the next day, very professional he explained everything the whole process what they gonna do. Mike and his workers are very efficient, hard working plus the communication is so easy he frequently updates us with the work in progress. Our commercial building got flooded with rain, called and requested service from Reactic Restoration, explained to them to contact the owner only and provided my phone number, Mike showed up in the morning without calling the owner, started calling tenant with phone number that he found online or on the store, started arguing with tenant, offended the tenant, I called Mike after to discuss the situation professionally, very hard to talk to Mike, he does not let you talk and has very strong opinion, he only wants to argue with you and tell you how he is right and everyone wrong, he did admitted that he did not check the notes and phone number in the system. Hard to do business with this kind of communication issues. I called another restoration company who came in same day and took care of the problem and had a wonderful communication with both me and tenant. I was removing my old carpet and found mold on my hardwood floors. I tried to solve the problem myself however I quickly realized it was beyond me. I called Idan (Project Manager) and within a day they were able to set me up for an appointment and provide me with a fair estimate. Idan is very professional, transparent, and detailed about the process and told me that he will send out his team to get the problem solved. I met Michael the following day. Michael and their team is very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Michael offered a lot of knowledge and is a expert at what they do. They were also willing to go above and beyond and help with a few other things at no cost such as removing cat odor from my walls/floors. They treat their customers with a lot of respect and care. I am grateful that I called them and would refer them to friends and family if the situation should ever arise. Thank you for your great service! read more
