I've used this company to move two pianos (one for donation, one for me) and to help my daughter pack/unpack UHaul trucks for a full-house move. This is a company that you can trust!!! Communication was outstanding, they worked tirelessly in helping my daughter, and they're all incredibly nice people. Their moving crew charges by the minute, which turned out to be highly reasonable. They are careful to pause the clock when taking down time. I honestly have nothing but praise for this company!! read more

We searched high and low for a company to remove our old piano. Luckily, we stumbled across Phillip Nance of Nance Property Services. We chose Nance Property Services because his company would make every effort to donate the piano before they decided to recycle it. After getting a reasonable estimate, we booked an appointment for the next day. Phillip arrived on time, was respectful, and was a joy to talk to. Our piano was dated but still in good condition. He mentioned that people are looking for pianos like ours and that he knew of a family in Davis that could use it. Awesome news! In further chatting with Phillip, I found out that his company was the only one in the Sacramento area that did this. If you want a piano removed and donated to someone who could use it, I highly recommend Nance Property Services. read more

10/10 would recommend and use again. Called Nance Property Services to have my piano removed and was able to book a removal with a 2-day notice. When they were onsite, I mentioned I had old dresser I've been meaning to get rid of and would like to schedule another appointment to have it removed, and they were able to remove it that day! Price was fair and made the whole process so quick and effortless on my end. Thank you again! read more

This company is amazing. I've used them twice now and both times they exceeded my expectations. They are so friendly, incredibly reasonably priced and great at what they do. If you need a haul away and cleaning, I can't recommend them enough. You will be vey pleased with them! read more

The husband & wife team came to my house on two days to clean out clutter & trash in my kitchen & living room, which they did. They also removed approximately $1,000.00 in operational appliances, clothing, silver plated cutlery, etc without checking with me first. I now have to try to replace these items on a severely limited budget. I doubt the loss I've suffered will ever be completely cured. If you hire this company, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! read more

I had a great experience today! Called them a day prior to come remove some junk from the side of a renal I have in town and they gave me a time gap and called when they were on their way! They worked fast and efficiently! The guys were very nice... I will use them again and again! Sadly I forget the 2 gentlemen's names that came out I was in a hurry ... but thank you guys again so much! read more

Just had Phil and his crew here to remove our spa and an old grill. These guys are amazing in how quickly and efficiently they size up the job, get to work, move the spa out on their clever sled with great care not to damage any structures or plants, push it into their cargo trailer, ready to go to the landfill. About 15 minutes, no muss, no fuss, reasonably priced, and nice, personable people. Highly recommended!! read more

I'm in Jackson and I needed my in-ground hot tub removed due to wood rot and critters that had decided to inhabit the shell! My wife made a couple of phone calls to service providers in Sacramento who might be willing to come out to Jackson, and Phil at Nance responded promptly, came out several days later, took a saw to the tub, and used a leaf blower to clean up, all in a little over an hour. He and his crew were great and charged a fair price, would definitely recommend! read more

Awesome customer service!! Phil, the owner, helped me personally and did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with how quickly and thoroughly Phil and his team worked....let me tell you, there was A LOT of work to be done. He went over and beyond what was expected!! Thank you guys.... 10 stars! read more

These guys are awesome! I worked directly with Phil to get the appointment setup and gave him an overview of what I needed done. His team removed the spa from electrical, drained it, and cut it up into small pieces. They then shrink wrapped each piece and disposed of it. They also took a grill I wanted to dispose of for a nominal fee. It took 3 guys to get the job done. They showed up on time, were professional, fast, thorough and cleaned up after themselves, which was amazing. Highly recommend these guys for any of your spa removal needs. read more

these guys were great, and I'll be using them again in the near future. My sister suddenly passed away with no warning, and I came out from New York to Davis to take care of things. On top of all the other things to deal with when a loved one dies, there was the physical detritus as well as a small but stinky situation in one room, between pet waste/smells and garbage, as in her last couple of months before she passed things had slipped for my sister. The NPS crew was outstanding. Had a window from 2-4 pm, two days after I scheduled on the phone with Phil (I left message and got a callback five minutes later, on a Monday late afternoon). They called around 2:15, let me know they were running a little late, and would be there around 4. I assured them there wasn't a hurry or time pressure, and they got there at 4:10, which was great. Today was a hot valley day, after a stretch of a couple of weeks of moderate temps. The three guys were dragging a bit, they looked like they had already put in a hard day. Despite that, all smiles, courtesy and professionalism, as well as sensitivity to our emotions from the recent loss. Loaded up one trailer load in 40 minutes. Did an extra job which I had asked for on the spot, and did it at no extra charge. Their website cited $379 for a full trailer load. There's always at least a couple of modest tack on charges, right? Nope. Exactly $379, including all fees and taxes, including the extra job that was very reasonably worth $100. The effort to smile and be courteous as well as sensitive, when they were pretty beat from a long hot day impressed me tremendously. Thanks again fellas, Nathan, Rocky and I'm sorry I didn't catch the third name. I'll call you for more next week. read more

Wow, extremely impressed. These guys were friendly, professional, efficient and quick. I have a whole side of my house filled with junk (4 old couches, tables, chairs, bbq's, ladders, piles of stuff). Seems like they hadn't been at it that long when they asked for me to come out. I thought they had a question, but they were already done. Cleaned up everything, done in a jiffy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needed stuff hauled away. read more

Very nice teams with great work ethic. I was concerned when i seen there wasn't any reviews here. But i was in a pickle and were very responsive. So when i called they said they needed to have a cleaning manger call me which i thought was kinda strange, but eh. Then a short time after i was contacted by Melissa. She was so sweet and Professional. She asked me a few questions and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I was happy with the price quoted and was booked. The girls came on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my bosses house. He was happy and we will use them again. Thank you NPS read more

Just had NPS haul away our old spa. These guys were professional all the way. They kept me updated as to when they would arrive and were on-time. They moved anything they needed to get the spa out and then put it right back, cleaning up as they went. I will definitely use them again. read more

I am extremely pleased with this service! The guys were super nice, professional, and quick. I'm moving out of a large house and had a lot of junk accumulated over the years. They were able to remove everything, including a lot of big furniture, in under 20 minutes. They even cleaned up and swept after they removed everything. I couldn't be more pleased with these guys. You rock! read more

This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company for your needs of junk removal. We needed a SPA removed. My husband called in the morning and they were able to pick it up the same evening. They were all very polite and worked very well together. They cleaned under the SPA and I even told them that was ok. They left the spot spotless. I am not one to write reviews. I had to download yelp to write this review. I cannot say enough good things about this company. read more

I have been using Nance professional services for quite awhile now. Maybe close to a year? Melissa and her team do a wonderful job cleaning my house. It's soooo nice to come home to a clean home! They also honor special requests such as focus on the grout, etc. When I come home I can smell the cleanliness while walking up the stairs before I even open my front door! Mmmmmm clean house smell! Melissa is so sweet and seems to genuinely enjoy her job. My tabby cat is obsessed with her! Lol, she follows her around the whole time! I highly recommend this cleaning service. read more

We have used them a total of three times within the last few weeks and are very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend!

I called NPS on a Thursday afternoon and two guys named Nathan and Mike showed up on time to remove my oversized hot tub. It was 12 by 7. I was quoted online between 299-399 dollars. After the guys saw it he knew he couldn't do it for the sight unseen price and charged a slight more. After all, it was a XL spa. That is totally understandable. They worked their butts off in the rain and completed the removal in a very fast time. Both men were very professional and hard workers. I will be happy to use this company with no hesitation in the future and certainly recommend this company. read more

Two cleaners, two hours, 120 bucks. They did a damn good job, only area I could complain about is the shower and the blinds. Definitely will go to them next time read more
