Expect to communicate your needs clearly and to hear back within 24 hours. It helps to not leave things to the last minute. You will be asked to measure each item and send a picture of it. This allows the haulers to come prepared to do the job as hassle free as possible. Like they seriously know what they're doing. I was worried we "had too much stuff" or that this or that thing wouldn't fit out the door. And we had two different apartments we were asking them to pick up from.
