I had a small shed in my yard that had to go, as my wife and I are slowly redoing our backyard. I had looked at demolishing the small structure and hauling the material to the dump myself, but did not think I'd have the time to do it on my lonesome. So, I took to Yelp one Saturday morning to find a viable contractor. Through Yelp's awesome User Interface, I was able to write out a description of the work, snap a couple photos to attach, and send a Request for Proposal to several local demo contractors. Within several minutes, I'd received a couple bids from different contractors. Marshall Property Management was one of the first responses I received and they had the lowest price. I made a call to the number they provided and scheduled them to come out that very day! Frank from Marshall Property Management showed up later that afternoon with his truck, trailer, & tools, just as we had coordinated, and his small crew made quick, clean work of the shed. They broke the roof down first and then brought down the facade, cleaning as they went, keeping all the debris localized. When they were done, the space was clear and there was no mess or loose nails. Friendly, efficient, and professional; I was incredibly impressed. If you are looking for a demo crew, I cannot recommend Frank and the folks at Marshall Property Management enough! I recently hired Frank for a couple of projects. One was to demo a 10' x 20' deck and remove all deck material. The other was to demo and remove over 200' of concrete edging around my yard. However, my MIL has recently retired and was moving out of her home. She accumulated so much over the years in the spare two bedrooms, her kitchen, and her own bedroom. There were stuff everywhere! Patricia took my info all via the app and scheduled my appointment without a phone call which I liked. They guys arrived on time, I showed them what needed to be hauled they immediately got to work. I was moving out of my condo after four years of accumulating stuff my garage was full of junk, clothes, broken bikes, furniture and even an old barber chair my son dropped off! Well they cleaned out my entire garage and storage closet, even made additional things fit in the truck after I added more items to dump.
