We had an old patio cover that we needed to have removed as it was slowly start to pull away from our house and was unsafe. After receiving multiple quotes for the work, we decided to go with Junk Responders given how quickly and detailed their responses were, their willingness & ability to do the work and the very competitive quote they provided. A crew of five showed up (including the owner) on the day of removal and together they made quick work of the patio cover demolition and removal. I watched them carefully and methodically cut the patio cover apart section by section so as not to collapse the whole structure or damage any of our concrete underneath. Within a couple hours, they had everything removed and then went one step further and removed unneeded TV cables on the side of our house, ensuring that all holes left behind were filled with caulk so as not to let bugs & the elements inside our house. Icing on the cake was watching the owner himself sweep up after the job to ensure the area was spotless upon completion! Fellow Yelper, John D, gave me some helpful tips and advice on what to look for in a company. Thanks, John!! I came upon this father and son team along with 4 other businesses that I found in Yelp. I listed the items and sent some photos and Anthony was the first one to respond with a quote within minutes. wow! I'm immediately impressed. The others also responded with their quotes but the prices were not reasonable for me as I was on a budget so my mind was kind of made up with Junk Responders! The whole process was fast. My brother and I had the responsibility of clearing out my mom's house after she passed, which is located in Meadow Vista, CA -- a 5000 sf house sitting on 5 acres. The task was pretty epic, and took us several months to complete from inside out. Junk Responders bailed us out on many occasions. They always made themselves available on last minute requests, always quick to respond, come out and get the job done! Each time at a very fair price. What more could you ask for in that situation? Anthony is very responsible and professional. Even though they're lifting super heavy things, in super hot weather, the type of conditions that are tiring just to be outside at all, these guys just knock it out -- never any complaints, no negative vibes, no procrastinating. When most people are just trying to collect and get out, these guys care more about doing a through job and making sure you're 100% satisfied, often taking on more than originally discussed. I have a lot of respect for Anthony and his team, the way they handled things. It's hard to find businesses these days with that old school standard.
