Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. We discussed my vision for transitioning from tile to wood flooring, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining it wouldn't be a problem. Even after the visit, I had more questions, especially about floor preparation and the contract language. Having a construction attorney in the family tends to make you read every word! Sam continued to answer my questions and worked with me on the contract until I was completely comfortable moving forward. Even though paying 50% upfront was difficult, I felt confident I had chosen the right company. That confidence was rewarded on installation day. Tony and his crew were outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Tony and Johnny whose attention to detail was exceptional. It was obvious they take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows in every room. The staircase, in particular, is a work of art. Tony also noticed the original stair trim wouldn't match the new baseboards and suggested replacing it. That extra attention to detail made all the difference. The new trim, along with the beautifully caulked and painted baseboards, gave the entire project a truly finished look. Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful the floors are, but they also notice the quality of the workmanship. That's the highest compliment I can give. Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day.
