They actually did much more than what was originally promised and made sure everything was done right. The crew, Tony and his team, was professional, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves every single day, which we really appreciated during a major flooring project. A special thank you to Sam Nolley. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and patiently helped us sort through the different options until we found the flooring that was best for our home and our needs. There was never any pressure to choose the most expensive option. My only wish is that they did more than flooring! After this experience, I would trust this company with projects big or small. Fair pricing, knowledgeable people, excellent workmanship, and a company that delivers more than it promises. That's increasingly hard to find. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend People's Signature Flooring for any flooring needs.

He also showed up when he said he would as he made repeated effort to find the materials we needed. Reuben (tile specialist) also worked diligently during both the demolition of the old tile and the installation of the new. Great care was taken to minimize the dust during the demolition as they set up extensive plastic partition barriers throughout the work area, protecting furniture and appliances. They also removed and reinstalled all necessary appliances as well key plumbing fixtures. We are very pleased with the job done and the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

I had tile installed in my entire first floor + laminate wood on my staircase and upstairs hallway + laminate wood in our master bedroom. People often ask me for Trademark's info as they know how happy I was at the time of installation and continue to be years later. I know of at least three other people who also used Trademark via my recommendation and all were equally as happy. Even though I live out in Pflugerville, it wasn't an issue with the business being in Dripping Springs. I may do some more flooring in my girls' bedrooms in the future and I know for sure I will be calling Trademark Floors again when that time comes!

I called to see if someone could come out and stretch a small corner of carpet for us. (We had a leak and the water went in the corner of the closet). The response was there would be a $400 charge! I said it's only about 12" that needed to be stretched and tacked down so how could that be $400? It is because they only want to do a big job - not take care of the customers that have used them. I will never use them again. Worse, it makes me think buying local is of no advantage to me so don't support the smaller business. We thought by supporting the smaller business, they would support their customers.
