I wanted to put a stone facade on my front entryway and requested several bids before choosing Jane Custom Masonry. Jane Custom Masonry was by far the most prompt and attentive. They responded immediately with a bid and even came to the house to answer any questions I had. I had already picked out the stone I wanted from Corbra Stone (Blue Charcoal Lueders 4-6-8), however they also have books with photos if you are unsure of the color and type of stone you wanted. We agreed on price (very reasonable) and they were actually available to perform the work a few days later (that Saturday). Jesus (Owner) and his crew showed up early Saturday morning and immediately got to work. They worked straight through lunch (I even offered,) and were done and all cleaned up by 4pm. The finished product came out great. I'm very picky of contractors and prefer to do most of the work myself, which tends me to be very critical of professionals I'm paying money. Jesus was extremely professional and a kind person to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will be using Jane Custom Masonry again for my future landscaping and masonry needs. I had Jesus build a walkway of pavers / pea gravel and he did an amazing job at a good price. He was very careful in grading the walkway so that it would meet the porch, and in keeping everything in a very straight line. He used a lot of concrete which meant about 8 inches down the concrete from one paver would connect with the concrete of another paver. This was amazing as it allowed me to get the look I want but also had all the pavers connected which would limit their movement and keep everything aligned should there be any movement over the years. I would highly recommend Jane Custom Masonry for very high quality work from a very professional team. read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Jesus and his team on several other projects. This was the largest and by far the most impressive! The project from start to finish took 9 days. We extended our concrete patio and covered in flagstone, installed a new flower bed with irrigation/drainage, new soil, mulch, plants, trees, and a pathway! We also had some smaller work done in the front of the house (new mulch, fence repair). HIS TEAM NAILED IT!! Initially we contracted with Jesus for masonry work - to add lueders to a concrete patio, trimmed by Oklahoma flagstone to match pool coping. His rate was very competitive, and photos from other jobs showed that his crew was skilled. Even though we were scheduled out many weeks away, he showed up on the exact day promised, completed the job on time, and it looks fantastic. After that success, we then contracted with him for a much larger landscape project to totally redo our much neglected front and back yards, including dirt and sod (i.e. Zoysia to replace Bermuda), corten steel edged beds with landscape fabric and selected gravel, an address sign, landscape lighting, stone path to pool equipment (using leftover flagstone from pool), a dry riverbed to handle run-off, repaired cracked large stone pool spillway, and irrigation system adjustments. Again, very favorable bid price for a project lasting weeks (had other bids that were unacceptable). Whenever we had added work, those additional costs were reasonable as well. Jesus returned promptly to resolve small follow-up issues, and after being paid. Couldn't be happier with the results! Sorry the before pictures are not better - but beforehand we had no beds and a lot of bare ground because of trees and dogs. We look forward to working with them again! read more

He kept in contract with me as I changed my mind a couple of times on what I wanted done and even came back out and gave me another quote to reflect my changes. They showed up about 15 minutes early to start the project. They did everything exactly the way I visualized it and asked for it to be done. I hate to give a bad review, but I will amend it if the issue is corrected. They poured a patio for us in the backyard, and we were so pleased! It looked so good, but after 3 weeks, only 3, several long cracks formed. Now more cracks are forming. I emailed AND called the company (had to leave a voice message) with NO response. Therefore, I must leave a bad review. Stuff happens, I get that, but I look for a company for their excellent quality and great customer service, neither of which has occurred here. Asked for estimate 3 weeks ago, they said they would be out on 4/26 to do the job. Got contact that they needed to push the date back to 4/28. On 4/28 they did not show up, no warning or new date. On 4/29 they did not show up no warning no new date. Total disregard for my own schedule and plans. Edit: After I wrote this review on 4/29 around 10ish, they contacted a Co-Owner of the home around noon. They spoke with him and let him know the reason they could not even send a 30 second text message letting someone know they would not be here on 4/28 was, "turn over".
