As far as the 2-star review here, he is in the San Antonio area, so it doesn't make sense for someone in Tennessee to try to hire him.

I had 5 contractors come to my house to bid the job. They came and looked at the job, but they never called back and never responded with a quote. They ghosted me. Then I called Affordable Concrete & Construction. Ricardo came, inspected the job, and offered me a quote on the spot. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. The bid was significantly lower than the ONE other bid I received. Ricardo and his crew did a great job--we are so happy with the results. I highly recommend Affordable Concrete & Construction.

Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

As I am a certified Project Manager in healthcare, communication and documentation is key to a successful project. Unlike others, Daniel did not budge from the request to communicate via email only so there are no misunderstandings on both sides. Now Daniel informed me he is the owner, looks 15 (that's a compliment, BTW) but very calm, well spoken, communicates clearly and willing to go the extra mile. Very much appreciated his professionalism. Now the work. I had gravel and pavers installed on both sides of my home. The price was fair, the crew were on time, Daniel was present the entire time overseeing to completion. A job that I thought would take an entire day was done to perfection within hours. He recommended the product and I cannot say how pleased I am. Before going elsewhere, try Reyes out for an estimate and I am certain you will be satisfied with the results.

The price was very reasonable, so we agreed upon a date to begin the work. The crew arrived on time, and worked diligently over a couple of days. Mike, the supervisor, kept a good eye on everything and was very helpful throughout the process. He thoroughly inspected the work once it was all finished. I was very impressed with how solid and strong the material was. The posts were made of cedar, and the construction was a quality job. The staining added the perfect finishing touch to our patio.
