Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I take pride in maintaining my lawn and have spent a significant amount of money keeping it healthy, and now the affected area no longer grows properly because of their negligence. What makes this even worse is how they handled it afterward. They came back, scraped the concrete off the surface, and apparently thought that magically fixed the damage underneath. When I called the company to address the issue professionally, I was met with a dismissive "sorry about that" before they hung up on me mid-conversation. That tells you everything you need to know about this business. No accountability, no integrity, no respect for other people's property, and no interest in making things right once they cause damage. If this is how they treat someone whose property they damaged, imagine how they'll treat you once they already have your money. There are too many contractors out there to gamble on one that behaves like this. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
