I posted a review a few weeks ago and was going to update on it but it seems to be gone. So here we go again, they came out built a patio, a few months later it starts sinking, i spend 2 months trying to get it fixed, the crew comes out says it wasnt built right the first time, less than a year later it sinks again, i spend a few weeks trying to get ahold of someone. finally a guy named jessie comes out, says dont worry we will fix evertything, 4 weeks and crickets, spend a few weeks getting ahold of them again to find out jessie got fired now i am dealing with some luke guy. a few weeks later he finally comes out and looks says we need to fix it, brick are falling off the edge and there are vary obvious low spots and sinking. the next day, today, a guy shows up with a hammer and a bucket of sand because he was told to fix one little spot. I explain everything to him he says yea it is bad, actually while he is here he puts his hand on the edge of the patio and two more bricks FALL OFF. I try to get ahold of luke via text and phone. When he calls me back the guy that came out left and luke is vary dismissive, were gonig to fix it dont worry. Then he calls me back 20 mins later and starts to LECTURE me about not telling his crew what needs to be done he tells them, the spots he saw werent bad and they are going to do it but only contact him never talk to his crew, i explained i tried getting ahold of him while the guy was here but couldnt. Everyone on the phone keeps telling me dont worry weve been in business for forever, were not going anywhere, we have a 25 year warranty. Well build it right the first time, if you need to fix it dont make customers chase you down and fix it right the first time! there should never be a second time for trying to get this done. We are really regretting hiring them so far and would never recommend them. I hope to the gods they get it fixed right this time because I dont ever ever want to hear from or see a systempavers person again, but im not counting on it read more

Brian, the sales guy, was super easy to talk to, work with and helped us figure out what would work best for our space designing a Trex deck and pathway of pavers. James, the project manager, kept things moving, listened and stayed in touch throughout. And Oscar--the guy who actually did the pavers was very responsive and made a beautiful pathway! There were a couple parts that had to be redone, but they owned it and made sure everything got fixed properly. We requested a 3 foot paver path from the sidewalk, along our driveway (extended the driveway) and it runs up to the house as a path and continues across the the front of the house and around the corner down the side of the house to the back gate. Our PM, Justin with System Pavers was responsive and Oscar from the install team was quick, listened to my crazy ideas, and offered great options. Altogether the wife and I are very satisfied and we've been getting compliments from all our neighbors. I love the fact Oscar's team updated our sprinkler system during the project; because the path ran over 4 sprinklers in the front and 5 on the side of the house and over the main lines for the whole system. They made sure the whole system was functional before leaving. We feel the $$ we spent overall was reasonable and it's a great investment, especially based on the (25 years) warranty!!!! read more

Our project was complex, as it included a very unique design and required a complete demolition and removal of our multilevel stamped concrete patio prior to the installation of our pavers. The work crew worked very well together, and accomplished the demolition in far less time than we would have expected. I have two major issues with System Pavers. I'll keep this brief and not get into all the details. They scheduled the work on Friday and Saturday before Memorial Day weekend. They delivered some wrong pavers. They stopped work with my front walkway demolished and covered with sand. No safe access to my house! I called Rafael on Friday and he said he was they would finish the work by next week and he was busy. I told him they could not leave my front in an inaccessible and unsafe manner. When they had not started any work on Saturday I called Rafael and he just kept telling me that he was on vacation and would see to it next week! This indifference to my situation was amazing. HE decided to schedule the work when he was busy and on vacation! I also talked to Rafael about leaving me 2 of each size paver in case needed for repairs. He agreed this was a good idea. He never delivered the pavers and just stopped answering my texts. In desperation I called the sales guy, Eddie. He said he would get them delivered. He never did and did not return my texts. After I posted this review to them Rafael called. In net he said I had a 25 year warranty! I told him I wanted the tiles he promised. He hung up. This behavior is unprofessional and dishonest! read more

I LOVE MY NEW SITTING AREA!! I was ready to throw in the towel on the lack of workmanship in Texas and the weeds here. I called Brian as my last attempt to making my dream back yard. We agreed on a price and he had me go head and do a loan with GreenSky to cover the cost. After getting approved I won't say his name, said they were having computer issues and had to leave and he would get back to me. I get a call later in the day to tell me that the price went up an extra $11,000 very disappointing and unprofessional.
