We are so pleased with our new covered deck! It adds so much to our home, and is such a nice place to sit and watch the birds and have a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink. It looks much better than I even hoped it would look. Kyle and Felicia were very responsive to our request for a quote and Kyle came out right away and provided a drawing and showed us samples of the deck material. The price was very reasonable, so we agreed upon a date to begin the work. The crew arrived on time, and worked diligently over a couple of days. Mike, the supervisor, kept a good eye on everything and was very helpful throughout the process. He thoroughly inspected the work once it was all finished. I was very impressed with how solid and strong the material was. The posts were made of cedar, and the construction was a quality job. The staining added the perfect finishing touch to our patio. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Integrated Outdoor Designs, and have recommended them to my neighbors. read more

Kyle Brooks, owner of Integrated Outdoor Designs, knowingly delivered faulty paver work, as evidenced by our text communications before and after the project was completed. If he claims not to recall these messages, I can provide screenshots as proof. He later attempted to have us sign a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for only half of our payment and our silence. If he acknowledges--even in part--that the work was substandard, then why won't he refund the full amount? Accepting partial fault while refusing full accountability is unacceptable. Do not trust this company and avoid financing through Service Finance Company--they offer no support in recovering funds. We are now preparing to pursue legal action. read more

Repeatedly demanded my phone number to give a quote for an Amazon plug in water heater. Absolutely refused to provide a quote or discuss it over message, and just repeatedly demanded my number. Probably is selling the personal info or something. read more

We requested an estimate for a badly needed patio cover and were even more impressed with the design that was drawn up in detail on the day of their visit. The quality of design and materials used was top notch. Just as important was the communication. Integrated Outdoor Designs kept us informed of each step and were quick to answer any question we had. We made the decision to expand our deck this year and add a hot tub to the area. Integrated came quickly to sketch out a plan and provide the cost. We checked with a couple of other companies but liked theirs the best. They were able to complete the job before our hot tub arrived and everything was done within a month or so. Looks great, great communication throughout and employees were very friendly. Did a great job at cleaning up everything and we love the deck! Highly recommend! read more
