Aug 27 at 7:50 am I sent a screen shot showing that I have not received any Docusign correspondence June and asked who the email address was from so I could reverse search for the email. Aug 29th at 9:46 am, I asked Eddie again to please send the contract. Sept 4th at 5:52 pm, I asked for a timeline again for the contract, materials, work scheduled and eta for completion. We put out a request for quotes on a fence replacement. We received several quotes over the coarse of a few weeks. The cheapest quote was $4,600. The quote we decided to go with was $5,400. The quote Cesar provided was $12,600. That's nearly three times as much as the cheapest, and more than double the median. That's for the same work, the same labor, the same materials, and the same structural design. The only real difference was that I solicited the quotes for the other contractors, and MY WIFE requested the estimate from Cesar. Why the vast disparity in the quotes? We will leave that for you to decide.
