They have a huge selection of both indoor and outdoor plants, and they just keep adding more and more selection of plants to their repertoire. They also recently opened a section of cacti and succulents which is super cool. I am not really into those plants, but just walking inside that section makes me feel like I am in Arizona or somewhere else. Frankly it is just magical how much one section can change to the next. Also, the service here is always excellent. I've got some amazing recommendations and tips to take care of my plants from the people that work here. In regards to the value, I think their prices are great for a small business. Beyond plants, they also host fun events! On our last visit in September, we enjoyed checking out their Koi and Fancy Goldfish Show. Last weekend, we discovered a local artisan fair featuring organic food, fresh produce, handmade crafts, and other unique finds. The fair takes place in the first Saturday of each month through January 2027, making it a great place to shop for unique holiday gifts and local products. We're planning to return next month to see what's new and, of course, visit the sourdough bread kiosk again. There's always something interesting to discover at Rainbow Gardens!

We have generally had wonderful experiences, including a previous visit when a lovely woman with short blonde hair assisted us. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of one of your cashiers. I did not get her name, but her attitude and lack of professionalism were impossible to overlook. When we first approached the register, she was already displaying a negative attitude toward the customer in front of us. Initially, I assumed there might have been a misunderstanding or that the customer was being difficult. However, as our own transaction progressed, it became clear that her behavior was not an isolated incident. We spent over $200 during this visit, as we have spent considerable amounts on previous visits as well. During checkout, we needed to have a few items removed and then added back to our purchase. Rather than handling these simple adjustments with courtesy and professionalism, the cashier repeatedly rolled her eyes and acted visibly irritated, as though assisting us was an unreasonable inconvenience. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that another customer across from us could clearly see her behavior and the difficulty she seemed to have with completing our transaction. Customers should not feel as though they are inconveniencing employees simply by making a purchase or requesting a reasonable adjustment to their order. We choose to spend our money at your establishment because we enjoy your selection and the overall experience. Unfortunately, this cashier's conduct detracted significantly from that experience. I believe management should be made aware of this behavior and address it appropriately. No customer should have to tolerate disrespect or an employee's apparent unwillingness to perform the responsibilities of their job.
