Definitely was surprised by the quality of food here. Grilled chicken sandwich was lovely. Quite a large portion size as well with that good-sized ciabatta and large slabs of grilled chicken. Pesto was really delicious (And I'm not usually one for pesto) And that mozzarella was so fresh and yummy! I could totally have finished more than one of these sandwiches. Side salad was good as well. Love that Caesar salad dressing Only thing is that was a little bit extra dressing. My bad on that for not asking for dressing on the side. The Stephl Burger was also really nice. Well cooked patty and a good size as well. Burger was so big we couldn't fit it in our mouth. Had to actually cut it in half, but it was a really good burger. Generous amount of bacon in there as well! read more

Highlights: Fast and Attentive Service, Food Served Hot, Ease of Order, Overpriced Stephanie's was ON IT today! While this is not always my experience, the service was fantastic and the food was pretty good too. I come here as a function of my Priority Pass restaurant benefit. Usually it's slowish so I camp out in a booth with my laptop. I appreciate that the space never gets too loud. Today, it was relatively busy for the lunch hour. Despite this, I was seated and ordering within 5 minutes. 10 minutes after that, I received my Day Boat Fish and Chips ($28.75) piping hot! The server was good about checking in quickly after to make sure I had everything I needed to start my meal. The Fish and Chips were served in a large portion, almost too large for one person. The breading on the fish could have used a bit more seasoning, but the fish tasted deliciously fresh. I would order this again. Especially if there were two of me! Other items on the menu vary in price and some seem extremely overpriced. I've attached a photo of the menu for context. read more

It located across United Airlines' gate B24. Received greeting upon walk-in. On Sunday lunch, it was more than half seated. There was full bar and many TVs. The menu was straightforward and simple. The Stephi Burger was in a good amount with bacon, cheese, mushrooms and greens. The fries were kind of salty , so could not finish all. read more

Only had a short time before my flight and ordered a simple kids meal tenders and fries. All the staff were super friendly with a bright and welcoming family vibe. The portions were generous for a kids meal! The quality of the chicken tenders was excellent and not dry at all. The fries and tenders were hot and fresh and came out reasonably quickly. They even offered to make me a "special recipe honey mustard" when I asked for sauce. It was honestly amazing. (Let me know when you bottle it) The price was 100% reasonable and worth it! I wish I had more time to chat and try other items read more

Can't say much for an airport restaurant bar. High prices for what you're getting. Service is below average. Food quality is passable. I actually waiting a bit of time just to get a beer. I'm only coming back again if I happen to fly United in Boston. read more

Really wonderful service!! And a perfect salad with salmon. A great stop while traveling through Logan.

The food was good but the service was GREAT. Truly felt cared for by the server, Margarita, from the moment we sat down. That level of TLC lasted through the meal and really has made my night traveling special. read more

Great 1st class service from Lizbeth / Rick star her attention to detail was awesome.

Soup and a drink: $40 (including tax and tip) Big waste of money, even with priority pass. I wasn't that hungry so I just got these two things. The chowder and cocktail tasted alright actually but it was pretty run of the mill. If you are using priority pass, maybe just get a sandwich and it comes with fries. Food: 4/10 Service: 4/10 Vibes: 4/10 Value: 2/10 read more

As far as airport restaurant food goes, pretty good but extremely overpriced even for airport food. My friend and I went recently and were seated and served relatively quickly. I ordered the mac and cheese and my friend ordered sweet potato fries. At $26, I expected an entrée-sized dish for my mac and cheese and received an appetizer-sized portion. Even accounting for airport prices this maximum should have cost $15. The mac and cheese itself was fairly good and better than many non-airport restaurant mac and cheese. The fries were fine and relatively well-priced. I would only go to Stephanie's if you have Priority Pass, otherwise bring your own food or go with a less expensive option. read more

Great place at the airport. Delicious, custom-made burger, nice ambiance, very friendly and responsive staff. Really enjoyed it.

Food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Ordered the chopped salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. The server was prompt and attentive. Great experience. read more

One can enter this restaurant at Terminal E with Priority Pass and I decided to give this place a shot. I got the breakfast sandwich which consisted of two fried eggs, cheddar cheese, and sausage on a toasted english muffin. A side of home fries also came with it. The sandwich came out piping hot and it was delicious. The home fries also were very flavorful. For airport dining at Logan, this was pretty good! read more

Service was great and food was good. They were fairly busy but efficient and friendly. Good airport restaurant experience.

Service was top rate! Friendly, helpful, and attentive, made sure we had time enough before boarding too. Colin was our server. Had burgers, big and delicious. read more

Colin L was fantastic, great food and service. The caprese was really good. They have mocktails as well.

Our waiter Mr. Valencia, was friendly and attentive. The other people working here acted like we were bothering them. Very unfriendly and almost rude. We ordered the turkey club sandwich which was pretty good, though it was not served on brioch bread. read more

Very fast serves. Food tastes amazing. The employees were pleasant and responded to requests immediately.

Breakfast in an airport... selection is already limited. The focus is to get some calories in me, not crank up the "Foodie" dial to 11! I wasn't really feeling Starbucks, so Stephanie's it was! I ordered a breakfast sandwich (w/ bacon) and a decaf coffee (yeah, I know, long story). The breakfast sandwich was served on an English muffin and came with home fries. The sandwich was the expected bacon, egg, and cheese on a muffin. It came out almost too hot to bite into immediately. Bonus points for real egg and cheese! The home fries, despite their appearance, were all-around okay, though they lacked seasoning. A little S&P with ketchup is all that was needed to wake them up. The service was also okay, though it could have been more attentive. As for the prices, as expected for airport 'gourmet.' read more

Great friendly service. Food was awesome. I had to order the Tuna Melt as I hadn't seen one in years.

Solid burger. Big, cooked to order. Perfect fries. Attentive without hovering waiter (David E).

Amazing customer service, amazing staff, and the Breakfast Burger was the best burger I've had in my entire life. Keep up the good work. Happy Black History Month read more

Good news. I fully expected the Stephanie Burger I ordered medium would come out well done, but it was a nice medium cook and was very good. Bad news. Fried seemed a mix of decent and old/doggy and the limes in my drink were as much brown as green. read more

3.5 stars, rounding up because server was super nice. Good for a Priority Pass option. Starting to travel again since the pandemic, and I'm finding the lounge food to be pretty terrible. Stephanie's allows you a $28 credit as your lounge visit, and everything is priced here so that you don't really get away without spending at least that much. The food isn't great, but at least it's freshly made in comparison to lounge food. read more

Food was exceptional. Service was also very good. Waiter was patient with us as we decided what to order.

I walked in without a reservation and was seated upon arrival. The atmosphere is buzzing, and when I went for Saturday lunch it was less busy than I expected. I had a flight in an hour so my goal was to be in and out in less than 45 minutes. Waitstaff was friendly and on their feet. I ordered a Caesar salad and added steak. The price of the steak was a 15 dollar add on, but that was decent considering it was a fairly large portion of steak. I will say the ratio of parmesan cheese to Caesar salad was a bit off, there was so much parmesan on my salad that I had to pick some off to make it enjoyable. Overall, not a bad meal, and my total time spent there clocked in at around 40 minutes. read more

Tips: - Sit at the bar for faster service. - Eggs and sausage are great. They use "real" sausage, not the links you buy at the grocery store. - they will substitute fruit for the side of potatoes. The potatoes are good and they serve a good sized portion. The prices are a bit high, but this is a great place to eat if you have Priority Pass. read more

Funny bartender! Will definitely come back here, nice service and good on tap selection

Service was great! Staff was very friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked up. Food was fresh and margarita was on point!

The fries and tenders my kid ordered came out hot. They were utterly simple, which is what you want for the kid's menu, but the level of salt and doneness were just right. The Caesar salad was fine. The server was super friendly and the service was prompt. I mean, my expectations of an airport restaurant are low, but they were met. read more

Catching the AM flight on American to North Carolina. Got to the airport way earlier than I had expected and figured I would grab breakfast before my flight. Location wise, this was awesome because my gate was just to the right and down the hall way. Friendly warning, if you are having breakfast here, be sure to bring your sun glasses. The sun comes right up and shines directly into this restaurant and it's super blinding. I another warning, because of MA blue laws, no alcohol can be served before 8am. So although this place is open and there is a bartender, they will not be able to serve until 8am. I felt so bad for the bartender that was there. I could not count the amount of times people came up to order a drink and she had to explain that MA laws prohibit the sale of booze until 8am, which lead to some very ticked off people. Trust me people...the bartender wants to serve you, she can't make money just standing around telling people she can't serve them. I ordered the breakfast burger (Medium Rare). It was hot, juicy and well dressed with the fresh standard fixings that come with a burger. The over-easy egg was cooked perfectly and the roasted potatoes was crispy and seasoned just right (No need to add anymore salt). My one concern I need to convey is the smell. Being that it was early in the morning, and the restaurant had not been open for very long, I will have to guess that the evening crew is not washing the floors or the table/bar tops with clean water. The place smelled like dirty bar water everywhere. I had to change spots from where I was originally sitting, and even then the smell was still very pungent. I had to take a sanitizer wipe and wipe down the entire counter around me, and though it helped significantly, it still had the funk floating around in the air. (Leadership....Please address this immediately). I'll be flying again later next month and will make it a point to come back and have breakfast and try another item on the menu that I am interested in trying. read more

the ambiance was unexpectedly really top class and the service was very friendly and genuine which I love. But most importantly the food was actually gourmet level flavor and experience for me!! Misleading menu implies that there's a side included - says "with all sandwiches" but Mac n cheese was listed with all the sandwiches so to me, it implied there was a side included. I was charged $9 for the side and the manager refused to comp it. Rip off! Very expensive lunch. Don't eat here. Now they're giving me the stink eye. read more

It's been years since I've gone to Stephanie's on Newbury, and it was always more about the location and vibe than the food. I used the Priority Pass (RIP restaurant benefit) at the airport location and was pleasantly surprised by my food, which is why I decided to leave a review (normally, I would not review an airport place). You place the order at the front counter. The brunch/breakfast menu is pretty limited but has something for everyone. I got the benedict, which had perfectly poached eggs and thick grilled ham. The home fries were very well seasoned and came with seasoned red onions. Food took under 10 minutes, and they packed everything I needed, including ketchup and utensils. Again, I wasn't expecting much, but it was a pleasant surprise. read more

Foremost, I would like to compliment our server, Joselyn!!! She is Super Sweet and Very attentive to her customers!!! It's so nice when you get GREAT service these days and with a genuine SMILE! It's become rare these days! Second, MAN, that burger is Tasty!!! And HUGE! read more

Service was slow. I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to the table. The old fashioned I had did. It have any simple syrup or sugar in it. The Stephi burger was bland and had zero season on it. the cook on it was unbalanced. One side was pink and the other gray. The fries tasted like they'd been sitting for a while and were also unseasoned. I was not offered any condiments for the burger. I did not like having the waitress watch me pay my check as it was uncomfortable to select a tip amount with her watching. read more

$21 for a chicken sandwich that was barely warm, served with soggy Ceasar salad served after a long wait time was not worth it. My guess is that it sat at the pick-up shelf too long. I asked the food deliverer for a container to go and never heard from him again. The chicken was dry from over cooking. The table-side waiter was very good, and responsive to our requests. The failure, it would seem, is in the kitchen. read more
