I found this through the Priority Pass program so I thought it was sort of like an alternate lounge where I could hang out for a bit. I had 3 hours to kill so I sat down. I quickly got a vibe from the waiter that he was annoyed I didn't order food off the bat (just a soda). I told him that I would order food in a bit because I wasn't hungry yet. I watched a 45 min show and continued to get the annoyed vibe....so ordered a salad to go, and left. Food looks and tastes good. This is pretty much the only restaurant in terminal b at logan. I would give this place a 2 or 3 for quality/value. Their food is decent but they charge an exorbitant price for it. But the reason for the 1 star is their horrendous service. I sometimes get to the airport for an early morning flight and want to sit and eat for a bit. Stephanie's advertises it opens at 4:30AM. But it never does. I'll wait there waiting the workers chat with the half opened gate. After about 4:45AM I leave without being seated or even apologized to for being tardy. Their sign should say "any time we d... well please" as the opening hours. Anyways, don't expect much service. I've been here at least a dozen plus times, since this is a priority pass and no other options. Their service is always crap and doesn't get much better. One of the best airport restaurant experiences I have had. Service and food were excellent. Good selection of beers. Had the Kale quinoa salad, which was light and delicious. Stopped here for a quick breakfast before my flight. Waitress was very attentive and quick. Brought the service review from an initial 2 to 4 star Hostess is awful. She sat us, then continued on over to the bar with her own food she ordered from the restaurant. She was complaining to the staff how terrible the kitchen was and that the cook never got her order right. Wasn't very promising for me as I am now sitting in a restaurant, thinking the food I just ordered is going to come out not to my satisfaction. Waitress looked at me and assured me not to worry. Three stars is super-accurate --Stephanie's is A-OK, especially for airport food. Terminal B at Logan is pretty nice, and having a decent place to sit and eat while you wait (especially if your flight is delayed for almost 5 hours) is excellent. Even during the busy breakfast hour, we were seated pretty quickly and the host made sure we had a booth that had enough room for my baby and all her items, and that it was in a spot that gave us some privacy, which was appreciated. Beyond the host, the service was a little odd -- not super-helpful or friendly, but efficient nonetheless. The food was decent -- I had a smoked salmon plate with a bagel and cream cheese and my husband went for a breakfast sandwich that was nothing spectacular but tasty. It was a little pricy for what it was, but I guess that's to be expected in an airport terminal. The coffee and tea were weak and unremarkable, so that could use a little work, too. She arrived to the table: "Oh, that was fast! You don't have your drink yet!". Sure, by the time everything arrived my food was more than cold. I was honestly blown away by Nodier's attentiveness. I hate to say this, but I don't expect much when dining at a restaurant at the airport. I understand it's quick turnover due to people catching their flights and somehow this also translates to lack of hospitality and attentiveness. I dined at Stephanie's expecting the same experience, but instead, had the best dining experience (airport restaurant or not). Nodier greeted me with a huge smile, continually checked in on me, made sure I didn't want anything else, when I asked if I could get the remainder of my drink to go he even gave me a to go cup full to the rim, etc. I could tell he was just as attentive with the tables he had around me too. It's people like Nodier that make the airport/flying experience much more enjoyable. Thanks again for a great experience Nodier! read more

Well, it's as good a place as any to wait for your flight. But the food could use some improvement. We had a hamburger, two salads, and a lobster roll. The salads were nice and fresh. The hamburger came with onions and mushrooms, grilled. Nice, but felt the burger still needed some fresh lettuce and tomato and some cheese to complete. A little on the bland side. The lobster roll was super chewy. Like a stale gumball. The mayo was well balanced with the light lettuce however. Fries are incredibly average blah. The roll was not very fresh, buttered or toasted. The cole slaw is a winner and should be served in a larger portion. It had fresh dill and peanuts and was delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere great. read more

Food was great and tasted fresh- a nice departure from your usual choices at the airport. I had the veggie burger with greens- the type of veg burger they serve here probably isn't for everyone but I enjoyed it and there was a healthy serving of greens too. Only complaint was service and upselling techniques. My server was not very friendly to begin with, but being a server before I know everyone has "those days" so try not to let it affect me too much. But when I asked for water, she brought me a bottle of water ($3) without informing me, then when I ordered the veggie burger said "did you want the avocado on that?" - again- no mention of an upcharge- tacked another few bucks on my bill for that too. I don't mind paying more for things but only if I'm made aware of them- just seems shady to me the way she did it and left a bad taste in my mouth. A pretty disappointing experience for me. Service was incredibly slow and they were largely open. I had to wait until I asked for the steak and egg breakfast that they had no steak or burgers, so what I wanted was not on the menu. But in a city as large as Boston, with so much food available how do you run out of steak and ground beef at 8am. I thought restaurants were supposed replenish or ensure good inventory, especially on popular dishes. I also asked for cheese in my eggs and didn't get a single shred. And they only have cheddar so how did that even work. Since I sent my smoked salmon back because it looked unappetizing and was cold, I decided not to complain. My last complaint was that I got a second coffee, but didn't get a second serving of cream to make my coffee lighter. The waitress did not take notice. My young self wouldn't have left a tip, but I'm an older man now, so I understand the plight of a waitress, so 10% it must be. read more

So on our way to the Big Tying of the Knot in Pittsburgh, we had breakfast at Stephanie's at Logan. At first glance, I'm thinking overpriced and underwhelming airport food, with faux glitzy nightclub ambiance. But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the eggs benedict, which came with perfectly poached eggs and creamy hollandaise, with a huge side of roasted potatoes and onions. My sweetie's French toast looked like something out of a food magazine, and I was more than glad to help myself to what she couldn't finish. I'm sure the coffee there is good, but I was so happy to see Peet's at the airport finally that I had to have a tall cup of California rocket fuel to go. The late nite space rave soundtrack made for a nice zone-out ambiance that made you forget about tired grumpy travelers and TSA drill sergeants. Service was pleasant and attentive, and water glasses got topped off regularly. A bit pricey, but way better than McDonuts. I'd definitely go back. The clam chowder is surprisingly good, better than one I had at a local restaurant and this is just airport restaurant. Good amount of clams, good portion size for the soup overall. I dined here Monday November 2nd before my 6 hour flight to California. Got a glass of wine, some calamari and a turkey club. Calamari wasn't my favorite but I'm picky. The turkey club was easily top 5 of the best sandwiches I have EVER had. And my overall dining experience was great for being in an airport! Today checked my bank statement and noticed my charge was $48.66, but my total was only $40.66. I had left a $8 cash tip and was very frustrated as to why I was charged eight more dollars than my total. Now I work in a restaurant so I know mistakes happen but I also know that there are crooked people who will charge more to your card and also take the cash tip. So I called and spoke to Dan Kennedy and he was VERY helpful and assured me he would get down to the bottom of this. Within an hour he got back to me and said there was an $8 credited back to my card. This place gets 5 stars because of their AMAZING customer service!!!! read more

The wait was long so I put in an order for takeout at the touchscreen. I ordered the Greek salad with salmon. The system suggested a side of roasted potatoes which I accepted. I stood waiting for so long that a woman sitting in the restaurant offered me a seat. People that ordered after me left before me. I had a ticket/receipt so I knew my order went through so I asked the host. He went back to check and said they are working on. Time passed. He saw me and went back again. He said they no longer offer the potatoes that the app suggested I add to my order so he said we could change it to fries. I said fine and he went back to the kitchen. He came back out with a bag and I left relieved until I sat down and saw they only gave me fries and not my salad. I went back and he hurried to the kitchen to exchange my fries for my salad. This review is for the service alone. Since service was so poor we never got our meal so I am unable to review the food though what I saw come out of the kitchen looked amazing. Too bad we never got even a mouthful. We arrived at Stephanie's with about 40 min to our boarding time for our flight. For an airport establishment this should have been plenty of time. We were seated promptly but our waitress failed to come to take our order for at least 10 minutes. Okay down to 25 min. Should still have been enough time. Nope. My husband even tried getting up and going to the bathroom because usually when you do that, it's when the food finally arrives. With 9 minutes till boarding time we finally gave up and left without eating. The food may be good here but we wouldn't know. If you are going to be an airport establishment then you need to learn how to push that food out and get the travelers on their way. read more

Hard pass - now I love me some over priced, indigestion inducing airport food but this was worse than most. I got a steak with fries, cold fries and the steak was raw on one side (untrimmed as well). You know you're in trouble when you see white uncooked fat on the steak. I told them about it and they took away my plate (never to return) and gave me $5 bucks off my tab.
