Had a scheduled appointment on a Thursday and thankfully I was the first appointment because it soon got quite busy. I had come before but that was just for glasses. This time I had a full prescription eye exam. The dr was kind, took the time to explain things and what "normal" progression of eyesight should be and whether or not lasix may be suitable for someone like me. Recommend if youre looking for an eye doctor. Otherwise, their eyeglasses selection is not as extensive and if you want more choices in frames, go elsewhere. read more

I appreciated how doctor Kimberly took her time to explain herself in a manner that is very easy to understand. She was friendly and the assistant was good as well I liked the technology they had that I didnt like as much at prior offices. Great experience! Dr. McHugh spent a long time with my young son and took her time to examine and explain everything. My son's school had an optometrist examine all the children (without my consent), and they suggested glasses to be work all day. They even ordered glasses (without my consent). Thank God we came here to get a second opinion, because it turns out the school was wrong.. he DOES NOT need glasses. Dr McHugh is amazing and everyone in the office is phenomenal. I have never been to an optometry office and happened to pass by. Did a full eye check up and everything was amazing. The staff was welcoming and made this visit a breeze. They use a lot of modern technology which I like because it is more accurate and reliable. Getting the exam was a great experience as well after a few exams Dr McHugh came in to see me and it was a delight. She is very thorough and explained everything that was going on with the exams and what would happen. Did uncover I need a small prescription for lenses but nonetheless left feeling happy with the service. Dr. McHugh was very attentive, asked the right questions and made my check up so seamless! Aside from being so caring and knowledgeable, she took her time to really make sure that I had the proper prescription. I had my eye exam and a contact fitting and it all took about 30 minutes. Having a great doctor is one thing but having a great staff really pushed how amazing this place is! They were very knowledgeable with all the insurance jargon and my coverage. One thing I really appreciated was that they weren't pushing to sell their glasses unlike many of the places I've been to. They understand that most people are probably trying to save a few bucks here and there and they absolutely respected my decision. I was in a time crunch and I needed an quick update for my contacts before I went on vacation. The optometrist was able to see me right away that day without an appointment. Dr. McHugh was great! She fit me with daily contacts, which are very comfortable, and she even gave me some trials to use until my supply arrived. I ordered a year supply and it came within the week, right in time to leave for my vacation. I also appreciated that the office had all new technology and was very clean. This was my first time visiting this business, they seem very nice and the doctor is very knowledgeable, however, I will not be giving them any repeat business as they promised me 7 business days for my father's glasses to be done, at the inception and initial contact, they were told that we needed these done as fast as possible as my father was leaving town. It's been two weeks going on to three and they have not contacted me to tell me that they needed more time, in fact, I stopped in 8 days after the initial appointment and they assured me that on Monday the glasses would be ready, that they put a rush on it. I have since made three more visits to their business, again, no phone call to inform me that they need more time.... went back today, and now they seem to not know what is going on, every time I visit them, they claim to have just called the lab and was told the glasses would be out..... now I am stuck, I have to wait because we paid in full and these ppl are of no help to me..... communication is so important in business, I guess my business is not important enough for them to extend the courtesy of a phone call....... NOT reliable, NOT trustworthy, NOT professional. I am all for supporting small business, but experiences like this make me think twice... read more

I really love this place!!! Their customer service is brilliant! I went there for the eyes exam and I was so satisfied with their services. I got a new pair of glasses and I had a problem with the nose pads and pad arms. The staff helped me adjust them a couple of times and told me to come back anytime I need help.
