The best thing is that Dr. Chuang patiently describes the steps before he goes forward. I bought a pair of glasses online and needed some adjustments, not only they were able to see me on the same day I didn't even need to make an appointment nor be a current patient. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and Dr. Dong saw me pretty much right away. They were both very friendly and professional and the adjustment took only maybe 5-10 minutes. I was quite happy with my visit and glad they are part of our insurance plan. The entrance is a little hard to find since 80-02 building is a large office building but the front desk would be able to help if you need help locating. Its basically on the right side entrance coming from the subway, and down the stairs with the doors on the left.
