Horrible!!! Can not get my prescription right after 3 months. Do not have late hours for people who work past 5. Never use them! Ever!

They don't know how to make progressive eyeglasses. You have to lift up your eyeglasses to read…read moresomething because the clearest part for reading is at the bottom rim. Same thing happened with my friend's who unluckily bought 2 pairs of eyeglasses thinking this optical clinic knows how to make them. Such a waste of time and money. BEWARE!

FAIR WARNING...This is going to be long, but please read…read more After a visit for glasses and contacts, I ended up getting a notice from my health insurance that I "owed" money to Woodside Optical. I knew there had to be a mistake because I paid $400 out of pocket for glasses, contact lens fittings, etc. There was no possible way I could owe them any money. So I called Anthem Blue Cross, turns out that across 4 line items, Roman over charged me on one service, and then under charged me on another. And after all the mistakes he made, I was owed money, not the other way around. I eventually go in to get my money back, and he's not there. So I chat with a nice lady at the front and she tells me that Roman had written down $41 refund under my account, and again I knew the numbers were wrong. My insurance company told me I was owed $42. It wasn't her problem and she was clueless of the context so I left and called the insurance company again. They confirmed that I was owed $42 to which then I asked them to call the shop and tell them exactly the number I'm owed. I finally make my way back again to speak with Roman to get my refund, and he pulls up my account and he tells me $41.00. I responded "$42.00". He rolls his eyes and scoffs "Whatever". Yeah, you read that right. I don't know who needs to hear this, but "WHATEVER" is not how you handle peoples money or business, PERIOD. I don't care if it's a dollar, or 5 cents, money is money. God knows how many people he could have pulled this on or how much money has slipped through the cracks. It's truly unfortunate that he is handling the operations of this shop because the doctor seemed lovely and competent. My bigger worry is that there are a lot of immigrant families in this community that probably don't know better and blindly trust this man at his word, as you should! Because why would he be wrong about the numbers or worse, lie to you? The answer is that he is either scamming everyone, or is lazy and incompetent resulting in YOU losing money. Be careful and make sure you're not being blindly ripped off. EDIT- Looking at other reviews, it appears that he has done this to other customers. Clearly this isn't a mistake that happened once or twice but a pattern.

This is my second visit. I was referred hear by an eye doctor. My first visit two years ago seemed…read morebetter. There was a wait then also but what seemed to be a shorter wait, maybe there were less people. I was seen by a male Ophthalmologist. Pretty much the same routine but last time I was given eye drops on the spot, a bottle from the office to go and sheets of prescription to get from the pharmacy. Does calling ahead or making an appointment really matter? I'm thinking not, I am thinking it's first come first serve. I call in the morning and the receptionist said to come before 2pm. No problem, I show up at noon, check in. I'm waiting with about 6 people ahead of me. One hour later I am called to fill out the form, get asked some questions and get my first check of the eyes. I am sent to the waiting room again and another hour or so has past and I finally get to see the eye doctor, she does some exams, does her diagnoses and give me a couple sentence on what's going. Not much detail is explained to me except couple sentences of an explanation. While I'm there I am given some drops, nothing to take away from the office this time and prescription that cost $35 at the pharmacy with copay. ---Yes, medically professional ---Yes, addresses and equipped to heal problems with eyes. They do LASIK consultation, cataracts, glaucoma, eye exams, irritated eyes and basically general treatment of the eyes. ---Yes, staff is professional, well staffed and very good ---Yes, LONG WAIT TIME, I was there four hours, mostly waiting Copay or $150 without insurance. Seating in wait room is about a dozen seats. Office is kind of small, not so bright with two medical rooms, the billing room and waiting room. Walk ins are fine but I would call first. Their efficiency on my first visit two years ago would have earned them a nudge up to a four star review but this visit earned them two stars. So I'll give them 3 stars. It's not a bad medical practice, they are okay but needs improvement.

Dr.Mason was nice but waited two and a half hours ..No toilet paper in restroom not to mention no…read moredoorknob on bathroom door. There is like 20 girls working in the office. No o e seems to know what they are doing. In one door sit in this room then go in that room.. Place needs a serious makeover. Also needs some people to know what thwy are doing. Hope your other office is in better shape. .. Like I said Doc was nice but office experience was very unpleasant. ..
