Little Ruby's Williamsburg - Classic Cheeseburger

Our waitress was super friendly and gave us a lot of great suggestions. She checked in on us as needed and made the experience even better. To start, we had the whipped eggplant dip which came with a fluffy flatbread. Very delicious but I wish there was more flatbread. We had a lot of eggplant leftover with nothing to dip in it. We also had the calamari which was crispy and well seasoned. I went with the spicy Italian sausage pasta and it was really good. Large portion as well. My friends equally enjoyed the steak frites and the spicy vodka pasta with crispy chicken. I had one of the spritz's for my cocktail and it was good. We ended dinner with the chocolate cake and the sticky date pudding, both of which came with a scoop of vanilla. The cake was very very chocolately. A little too rich for me. The sticky date pudding was delicious. A must in my opinion. I'll definitely be back soon

At first…read morewe weren't sure what to eat, but once we realized Little Ruby's had opened here we decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself was very clean and looked modern and newly renovated. From the front it seems small, but when we walked toward the back to use the restroom we realized there's actually a much bigger dining area. Even though it was packed, we were seated right away. I ordered the shrimp pasta which came with shrimp, tomatoes, a creamy sauce, and red pepper flakes. The flavors balanced really well, creamy with just a hint of spice. They also didn't skimp on the shrimp. The portion was pretty generous. We also ordered the Bronte burger with fries, and asked to upgrade to truffle fries. The burger came with beef, tomato, spinach, and mayo on ciabatta bread. Every bite was really flavorful and the burger was super satisfying. The fries were crispy and paired perfectly with the truffle dipping sauce. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our meal. Overall a really nice brunch spot and I'd definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

Sat down thinking I'd do something light and ended up going all in. Ordered their Moroccan eggs with spicy tomato sauce and a side of their famous challah French toast. The eggs came out bubbling hot, perfectly spiced, with that slow-simmered depth that tastes like someone's been making it the same way for years. The bread they serve with it is dangerous... I kept telling myself "last bite" and then immediately going back in. But the French toast was the real moment. Crispy edges, soft inside, not overly eggy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I didn't even use syrup for half of it. Also grabbed a mint tea which felt like the perfect reset in between bites. Service was relaxed but attentive, and the whole place has this warm, slightly chaotic brunch energy that somehow works. Williamsburg has a million brunch spots, but this is one of the few that actually delivers on flavor and not just aesthetics. Definitely coming back... probably too often.

The eggs were light and fluffy with just the right amount of cheese, not dry at all, which I loved. The pancakes had a nice crispness, which I prefer, though they mentioned a citrus note that I didn't quite pick up on. Still, if you like a crisp pancake rather than a super fluffy one, you'll enjoy them. The ambiance was lively and packed for brunch around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, but still comfortable for conversation. Pricing-wise, entrées averaged about $20 to $25, with a range of hearty options like French toast or lighter choices like yogurt with berries, plus vegetarian dishes. Cocktails were about $18 to $19 each, so the $30 bottomless brunch option was a great deal. I mostly stuck to the bellini, but you could also choose sangria, mimosa, or their house spritz, which had a hint of thyme. The staff was extremely friendly, though the food took about an hour for which I will dock a start. They knew the kitchen was backed up and kept drinks flowing. Just know it's not unusual for the food to take a bit longer. Overall, I'd return for the ambiance and that solid bottomless brunch deal.

WOW WOW WOW!!! I…read moreloved almost everything! My cosmo was on the tart side of flavor, but a bit of simple syrup helped balance that. As far as food, NOTHING disappointed. The Confit mushroom toast was delicious. Salty, but flavorful. I didn't like poached eggs until I had this starter, because they did it right. The Sunday Pancakes were beautiful! A bit crispy but almost sponge/fluffy soft inside. The hazelnut maple praline was not too sweet. I'd recommend eating it as soon as it arrives at the table. The Sunday burger was great as well. We added avocado & chose sausage. I'm not a sausage gal, but I actually liked this sausage very much. My friend order a bloody, & there has not been a restaurant that I've ever said they make good bloodies, but this bloody was IT! I was impressed! Loved it. Service was great. Our server cared about me liking my drink, and was very kind and attentive. Understandably so a Michelin restaurant for one of the best places for brunch! I without a doubt plan on coming here again!

I usually get savory then have pancakes so a single is perfect for me! The hazelnut syrup is amazing and the texture of the pancake is perfect. No notes! Have never tried any that have a similar taste palette. The closest I would compare to would be Golden Diner but they're still oh so different. I got hash browns as well..crisped up rectangular hash brown made from frozen. So disappointing..I was hoping for real freshly made ones. They tasted like the oil they were cooked in so I had to doze with them with sauces. Their ice tea is on point! Fragrant earl grey.. so good. And overall I appreciate the range of n/a drinks. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and the service is great. A little slow but they still take care of you with a smile and I appreciate that!
