He said he had an opening THAT SATURDAY. Talk about speedy services, ZeroRes was gonna have me waiting a whole month! I booked it for Saturday. Now keep in mind that if you use this company the time that you book for the day can vary depending on how the jobs before you go. With that being said Robert (My cleaner from HutchPro) Notified me of this in planets of time. He was late but he was transparent with me about that leading up to his arrival. Robert was amazing and did a fantastic job! I didn't expect him to be able to get up some of the stains I had! Apart from how it looked, the smell was AMAZING! I'd pay that much just to have my whole upstairs smell that good again! Overall, I will be using this company again if I need carpets cleaned! Highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned! I attached some before and after pictures as well. Keep in mind that my carpet was so bad that I plan on completely removing and laying down new carpet in the next few years.
