Customer Service -3 stars Food (delivery) MINUS 10 stars! Ordered over the phone for delivery.The computer system was slow, no biggie, but the delivery time was 1 to 1.5 hours. Thinking that was a sign the place was okay and the food must be worth the wait, I placed an order. After 1.5 hours and some change the delivery guy shows up, we pay, he leaves. My hubby gets his food and everything seems okay until I open my order. First off, I ordered 6 BBQ shrimp and 6 grilled shrimp, not knowing or seeing on their site that they're SKEWERED shrimp. STRIKE ONE! On top of that, one skewer is char-BURNED and the other is over-cooked and hard as a rock! Something I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT they'd never had sent out to a table had I been sitting there, but since it was a delivery, I'm guessing they figured, WTH...STRIKE TWO! Hubby enjoyed his meal and the chocolate cake was delicious...remove strike two... I PROMPTLY call the restaurant and ask for the manager. I tell her what I ordered and received (as stated above) and without hesitation she offers to credit my account. She stated they were busy and the cook is a new guy not used to the heavy load. I told her that if this was sent to HIS HOUSE he'd be more apt to make it more appetizing, she agreed...removed strike one... I'll be checking my bank account tomorrow for that credit! read more

This needs to be addressed and this is only the 10th time my order has been messed up and improperly cooked . There is a manager of Latina decent that insist that a bbq bacon cheddar burger is made raw and with pepper jack cheese . You can specially leave instructions and she completely overlooks it and does what she wants . she also allows her children daughter and son to be in the kitchen with no gloves or anything just walking around while customers are present . I have been a steak out customer for years but this is the last time . It's one thing to request what u would like and pay full price for it then when you get home with the food or back to work it's wrong and written on on the receipt what you want . She does this all the time and when u ask for a manager you get no info except she is the manager ! At this point an owner or other information need to be posted . She will give you a regular cheese burger patty instead of steak burger patty and still put pepper jack cheese on it after being told not too and the burger calls for cheddar according to the website. My business was loss because of this manager and her antics !!! Everyone else on the staff is fine but she is the only one that breaks the rules and makes her own . Most amazing dinner menu! My favorite meal is steak tips with baked potatoes and yeast rolls with honey butter. The sweet tea is legendary. This place is Like a mini Golden Corral with delivery! Also fresh baked cookies are delicious! I can't say enough about the quality and the genuine level of customer service. You can have a nice quiet meal in the Dining room too. I'm so thankful for this company and wish them a lifetime and more of blessings. read more

Not the Steak-Out I remember and loved. Burger was flavorless and needed a LOT of condiments. Mac & Cheese was way overpriced for the size and flavor (none) I had to add cheese which didn't help at all. I was disappointed. Not a good bargain for the price and size of food anymore. read more

I ordered from this location, as it was highly recommended from some of my co workers. I called my order in around 3:50-4:05 pm on 1/21/18 ticket number 26 as a delivery. I got my food around 5:23pm. By the time i got my food everything was cold. As i begin to eat my food (my salad first) the french dressing that i ordered was not in the bag. Who wants to eat a dry a salad ? Not I. I called and asked to speak to a member of management. I spoke with Kate who said she was the manager on duty. I told Kate of my issue and at first she couldn't even find my order she had to look it up by the ticket number. When she finally found my order she begin to correct me and tell me that i did not order my food around 3:50pm and that i had order at 4:20. Right or wrong as a manager your job is to correct the problem not go back and forth with the customer to prove them wrong. After Kate let me know that i did not order my food at the time i said i did, she then says and all your missing is a salad dressing? very sarcastically. I will never come here again. I am easy to give a good review but when a 13 dollar steak sandwich comes with a bun you bought at dollar general and the kicker is that the cheese you put on it had to be taken out of the package of 24 slices and unwrapped from its individual wrapping you get a one star. This rating doesn't even include the staff arguing so loud that it is disruptive in the lobby. Get your steak at outback for less and you actually get real silverware and not plastic forks that snap when you try to cut the thinnest ribeye I have ever seen on a plate. We ordered hamburgers for curbside pickup through the Steak-Out website after specifying on the website what we did/not want on our burgers, and what we wanted to drink. After arriving and going inside to pay for the order, I was asked to wait in my car and they would bring it out. We were not so pleasantly surprised when we were given a bag with the hamburgers, toppings, and condiments separated (toppings were in a styrofoam container, one for each burger), meaning that we had to fix our own hamburgers in the confines of our car. Before we left, we realized that we did not get our fountain drinks that we had paid for, and when we told the young lady, she asked what we had wanted to drink, then went inside and came out with two CANNED DRINKS, and not even the drinks of our choice (we asked for 2 Diet Dr. Pepper fountain drinks, and ended up with two 12-ounce cans of Diet Coke) at a cost of over $2 USD each. read more

They didn't want to serve me... that's what I am gathering. I've ordered tons of food from this place, orders ranging from $10 to $40. But this time I was told I had to order $25 worth of food because I was more than 6 miles away...even though google and other map services say I'm only 3.5 miles away. But who is going to argue with the people preparing your food? I won't take that chance! But, I asked the young man if something had changed, because I had never been asked to spend a certain amount...even though I was certainly in range. He said said that has always been the rules and nothing is different. I told him, well that's ok...thank you. He then told me to "have a blessed day" in a certain tone....which is southern speak for F-U. HORRIBLE Service! I ordered 2 steak meal with salad and a cheeseburger kids meal. It arrived and wrong salad dressing and plain hamburger with onions and lettuce. I called to let them know and they said they would run a cheeseburger back out to us. An hour later the delivery guy shows up with salad dressing and no cheeseburger. I ask him about it and he wasn't nice. I tried for OVER 30 minutes to call back and the phone kept going to a full mailbox. Finally after being hung up on 2 times they answer. I have ordered from this place twice now and i have to say comparing it to other delivery chains it is a breath of fresh air for me. I was so happy to find a place with a new take on the delivery, the food was nice and hot when it came both times, the wait for the food is about the same as other places, granted they are coming on post so i expect a delay anyway. the first time i ordered i got steak tips and shrimp, the only negative thing i could say about that meal was someone was a lil too heavy with the salt. other than that everything was cooked perfectly. my kids even loved their meals ( which were burgers) so I was very pleased that they ate everything, and really liked that they got a cookie for dessert. the second time i ordered I got a bacon cheeseburger and they really redeemed themselves with me. i am a huge burger fan and this was a really good one. I was quite surprised that someone had the foresight to put everything on the side so my bun wasn't soggy and mushy from the toppings. once again everything was hot and the food showed about 45mins after i placed the order on line. which i also really like because i hate being that mom who's on the phone trying to talk and have to yell in someone's ear to tell my kids to be quiet so i can hear. :) (i know I'm not alone there) the price for everything for a family of five was under 9 bucks a person( i would normally spend about 6 bucks a person getting food from fast food joints) including tip so i feel its pretty good and you get plenty of food. i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a steakhouse dinner that delivers this is the place for you!! read more

My husband ordered for us on a Sunday. It was our anniversary and we did not want to go out and eat. He ordered the Ribeye with mushrooms and onions, a side of shrimp and the loaded baked potato. I of course got the salmon. It took our food a good hour to get to our house but it ended up to be well worth the wait. We sat in our pajamas and ate like we were in a four star restaurant. I would give this zero stars if I could. Only because: I had tried their delivery several times at my apartment and been happy overall. I then ordered from my work, put in all the correct information about the delivery address and they failed. The food was delivered to my apartment, where my girlfriend directed them to the right address again. But instead of going where the food clearly needed to be, the driver just went back to the store and gave up. I got no call or anything. I had to call when my order was two hours late, as in two hours past the 45 min estimated delivery time. When I got a hold of the manager and the whole situation discussed, he had no apology and no recompense. I had my money refunded for the order and have not ordered it since. read more
