I would say the service here is the best we've had on our 2 week vacation. Our server Stephanie was prompt and attentive. The pizza was good, the place is over priced. For three adults and one child was 152.00 for dinner. My husband order a pizza for himself. My grandson had spaghetti and so did me and my son. Our plates were the same size as the child plate, however the price was 21.00 for a small plate of spaghetti that tasted like it came from the jar. I would not recommend this place. The worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant .After hiking and enjoying the view in the Grand Canyon we headed back to Williams.A short drive around the town me and my family found this Italian Bistro.We ordered a Romeo and Juliet pizza and a Caprese salad.After waiting for over 45 minutes for our food without any waiter or manager to ask if we had been helped I decided to ask for myself.Keep in mind it was not crowded at all.I had to ask several times if my food was ready and they said kept telling me shortly until after an hour of waiting i asked to speak to the manager, which it turns out was sitting at the bar the entire time and she had to be asked three times before getting up and rudely asking what was wrong.I proceeded to explain to her how long we had waiting for one pizza and a salad and all she said was "sometimes orders get lost." I was in shock how they could have so many staff and yet not one, not even the manager in charge took the time to ask if we needed help or if our food had arrived.The manager than goes back to bar and somehow finds our order, an extremely cold pizza and soggy salad.I refused to accept the food as i did not want a cold pizza and the manager just rolled her eyes and gave the food to another waiter who than proceeded to insist that i take the food .After finally making him understand I walk out over an hour later without any food.I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone .The service was horrible and the staff extremely unpleasant . read more

We ordered carry away on a Wednesday evening. Food was passable, but it took forever...over 30 minutes...and they have you pay before you get your food, so it's not like you can walk away! My sons "buttered" noodles with Parmesan had no Parmesan. Each entree is supposed to come with garlic breadsticks; we didn't get any! We also ordered desserts. Again, passable but not great. Price was outrageous for the quality. I don't recommend this place. It seems that they feel they are never going to see these people again, so poor service and quality is acceptable. read more

Labor Day weekend we chose this place randomly after Bearizona. We were pleasantly surprised!! The food was awesome.... the Prosciutto Pie, kale Caesar salad and "snookie'" desert were exceptional. My Dad and I stopped here and it was delicious!!! I ended up getting a salad with goat cheese, candied walnuts, and strawberries and I ended up being extremely satisfied. My Dad had a pasta dish that was also amazing!!! The service was great! Our server Mike was extremely friendly and personable. Took a group of 21 people to this little gem of a place. We had 4 Italians with us so the food came under much scrutiny. It was fabulous! Great food, the pizza was delicious and the pasta was amazing. They catered to the vegans and vegetarians without any problem. The drinks were delicious and we never had a shortage of alcohol. Our server, Dylan, was spot on! He handled everything perfectly, and considering we had 21 people eating and drinking different things it's even more amazing he did everything perfectly. AmAZing!!!! Lasagna was the best we've ever had- the secret sauce is full of wonderful flavor and the cheese was plentiful. What a treat this place is! We had dinner here two nights in a row, May 20th and 21st, trying the bruschetta appetizers and calzone the first night while enjoying their very ample outside seating area and fresh air. Night two we tried their salads and soup, while others tried the lasagna and calamari, and pizza. All menu items were a big hit. The staff is upbeat and very friendly, they must undergo great customer service training, as they made us feel like we were the only patrons there. While there a lots of choices on the main drag in Williams, some are more on the tourist-like side of things, The Station 66 Italian Bistro was genuinely a fun and kick-back place to enjoy a meal and visit with friends and family. I had the penne with meat sauce. The sauce tasted somewhat bland and comparable to many of the cheaper canned/bottled meat sauces at grocery stores. The side caesar salad was watery and also bland tasting unlike what an authentic caesar salad would taste like. The dressing should have been creamier. My wife had the Mona Lisa salad, which also was low on flavor and somewhat watery. We also had a side order of garlic bread, since bread and salad does not come with the meal. Neither of us thought the bread had any garlic on it, and we had to ask for extra olive oil to make it more tasty. We also had an appetizer of mozzarella rolls which arrived cold and somewhat tasteless, and two glasses of chianti wine. For the final dinner bill of $60, we did not feel the quality of food received was worth it. Hence, we cannot recommend this restaurant. read more
