I'm not sure who did my pedi, but she kept trying to cut one of my toe nails too short, which kept causing pain. After my pedi, she went to walk me out, even though I hadn't gotten my mani yet. Definitely a miscommunication with scheduling. Tom did my mani, and honestly it was the worst mani experience I've ever had. I'm a cuticle picker. It's a horrible habit, but I've been this was for 35 years. Tom proceeded multiple times to shame me for picking at my cuticles even going as far as to show me how his fingernails looked so nice because he doesn't pick at them. I got to the point where I was so embarrassed that I started looking off to my left so I could avoid any sort of eye contact with him. Never in my life have I had someone who I'm paying to provide a service talk to me in this way. The only thing he said to me that wasn't something shameful for my cuticle care was when he asked if I lived around here, which yep, sure do. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I got a new fresh Gel-X set with additional glass chrome (and had my old ratchet set removed lol) and SIENNA absolutely nailed it. She's incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, and my nails came out flawless--smooth, shiny, and exactly what I wanted. "Merari" was attentive, gentle and very careful with what was left of my nails and cuticles. My nails were ripped, painful, short and ugly. She took her time and gave me a beautiful set of tips with acrylic in the exact shape I wanted. She also spoke beautiful English and has a lovely authentic personality, so the experience was really fulfilling on so many levels.
