Clean shop! Friendly vibe. Music was chill. Well maintained equipment. Lots of product to choose from. Front desk person was great! Real appointment. Not a fake appt. My nail tech was awesome! Nails came out great! Thank you! read more

Very professional and thorough pedicure the first time. My second experience was a bit disappointing. The technician was good but left my nails too long and applied too much gel. They looked good for about 2 weeks but too long after that. read more

JB did a fantastic manicure today! Thank you so much for great and friendly service! Will be back

I needed nails I had done the day before fixed, they were really lumpy and not shaped well and not a color I asked for. They were able to get me in to fix them and I'm so happy I tried them out. I will definitely be going back! Zy killed it and she was great to chat with while she worked it out. Check em out, so sparkly and the perfect color with a little mixing...just MUAH, Thanks so much Zy! read more

By far the best experience i've had at a nail salon to date! I got a full set and a deluxe pedicure- Kathy did my nails exactly the way I wanted them and Tony did my deluxe pedicure... incredible. They both took their time and made the services really worth it. I'm weary of nail salons anymore because they're so expensive and I never leave with what I want but this was different. 10/10 recommend!! read more

Had Christmas nails done, great job! Partner had a pedicure - he loved it! Had an appointment no waiting! Very friendly people!

Absolutely the worst place of business. We came in for two pedicures and full sets. We drove 45 minutes to their shop, saw the deplorable and unsanitary conditions, and were skeptical of the service, but we were willing to check in due to the review. This is why I am leaving this one now. I did not see any mention of the shopping center conditions or the shop. Two things I would have liked to have been informed of, along with the lack of professionalism, before choosing this place. With so many other extremely clean and professional shops in the surrounding area. They refused to serve us, saying they had no time to do manicures that day or in the days to come. What??? We are from out of town, and NOWHERE does it say an appointment is REQUIRED. I would not recommend this place. Extremely rude and highly unprofessional. read more

Finding the right nail place is not easy. I've been through several shops since we moved here, and while none were awful, they weren't great either -- until now. Vien (and everyone in the shop) was so kind. The work I saw others doing was beautiful, customers all seemed happy, and the overall atmosphere of the shop was friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Vien's talent and attention to detail, my nails look a million times better than when I walked in (after another shop left me with a "what I asked for vs. what I got" situation). (I don't think the pic does her work justice! It's super hard to take a good picture of your own hand.) If you're still searching for a clean, welcoming, creative, quality nail shop, make an appointment! read more

I usually love this place but this time was so bad. Dont know her name but I asked multiple times for a soak off and she refused then used a fake nail to attempt to pry my old set off, in doing this she sliced my real nail and bed and i was bleeding a lot. Not a cut like she fully ripped my real nail from the bed and nerves were showing. She then just put alcohol and didnt even wipe the blood before gluing on the new nail. After she made me bleed then she finally decided to soak the rest of the nails off. I asked for Pink, she used this color because to her "it looked better." The gems are completely off center as well. I paid $130 for these and my last two sets from here which were AMAZING only cost $115. I tipped her anyways but are you kidding? Maybe when someone asks for a soak off JUST DO IT!!!!! My nail is still sore and bleeding - will be back just do not want whoever did these nails again. Also, two hours for these is insane. read more

The staff is unprofessional! They were eating in front of the clients! Also 2 girls that looked like they hadn't showered or combed their were using the F word loudly! The young lady that serviced my nails was so sweet and nicely dressed...but these other two were truly disgusting swearing and discussing their sexual encounters! I would fire them so fast and I have been a business owner. It was unpleasant and ridiculous. I won't go back! I paid 100 dollars to listen to these low class workers! read more

Miley nail technician is awesome. Listened exactly what I wanted for gel manicure and spa pedicure. I have neuropathy in my hands told her not to use the nail filer machine. She was very gently with me. Highly recommended her. read more

I got everything that I asked for with no hesitation. The staff is extremely friendly. The customers are friendly., the staff does not seem annoyed when asked for specific details, the penmanship and patience is wonderful, I've been getting my nails done for a little over 2 1/2 years now and this is by far the best place I've ever ever been. The shop is typical nail shop nothing too fancy and nothing that looks too cheap but the work that the staff does for clients is absolutely perfect.. you know you can go to the same nail salon and get a different person and expect different work at this place and every person that works there is highly qualified and good at what they do. If you're considering giving this place a shot, you should definitely do so! read more
